would benefit Brent Crude price in my view, with gap between Brent and WTI widening further. Daqing crude price (used for Mongolia oil sales) is linked to Brent Crude. If China slaps retaliatory tariffs on US crude imports, where else is China going to replace it?. Timing for MATD to drill Block XX appraisal wells this year and bringing to production ASAP could not be any better.

JohnH, not sure if all flippers willing to sell at this low price. Not much profit for them at this level. Oversold bounce can kick in anytime. Technical traders might see this as a quick window up to 11-11.25p level.

This is way OVERSOLD now. Time to add some at this crazy low price just a few weeks before Spud.

Also using $1 innground value, incremental 250m barrels are being added at $1.82 per barrel (250m/137m). None of this reflected in current share price.

D1nger, Agree totally. Market will play catch up sooner or later....,always does. I think new no of shares in issue after recent fundraise would be 662m not 700m you quoted, but I follow your logic completely. Incremental increase in no. Of barrels from additional 2 wells is 250m Vs 137m incremental increase in shares. Using your formula (850/662) we get $1.28 a share @ $1 a barrel profit. I know you have used lowest figure of $1 profit for illustration purpose. Actual number could be Multiples of that. MATD is significantly undervalued on any metric we use.

Just in case Farm-In news comes in before Spud, then one can expect anywhere between +100-200% rise. Would be impossible to get your desired 'Buy' in price on 7:00 am RNS. Each to their own. Very exciting times ahead. GLA.

UKOG during the euphoria touched £335m MCap. 88E during its frenzy touched close to £240m MCap. Both got billions of shares in issue. MATD current MCap for 6 fully funded drills is insane. Only 662m shares, of which c.35-40% held between Petrovis and senior management, leaving relatively small free Float of shares.

Holding tightly to my Holding. This can zoom higher without notice. I am effectively risking 16.66% of my capital per Well. Strike on any well and I will recover many Multiples of 12p. Risk / reward is now so compelling with +1 Billion barrels minimum, Upside case is even higher.

Yes if either Block 4/5 or both 'Basin Opener' wells come in, then you are looking at 10x bagger minimum. We are multi-billion barrel basins here. Farm-In will happen sooner OR later. Price will simply be different Pre / post oil strike. I am sure these multiple parties still interested are fully aware and trying to muscle in lowest possible price from their perspective. However MATD with 6 fully funded drills are in a much stronger negotiating position now Vs when BG took 78% share for a measly £28m. BG Farm-In was in itself strong endorsement. From an investment perspective my risk Capital is spread across 6 fully funded drills @ 16.66% risk per well. Rewards on the other hand are phenomenal with any single strike yielding multiple profits on capital invested. Next 2 weeks will be very interesting, from Farm in perspective just Pre-Spud. No other AIM Oil explorer currently provides such a mammoth upside for just 16.66% risk capital per well. Also no other explorer has 100% licence ownership for Multiple Billion barrel basins.

However we could get interim well updates as each target layer is hit on route to total TD 3350. You can get oil shows well before total TD is reached.

As per Sinopec website, they have achieved on average 7.25m/hr drill speed, ranging between 7.09 and 7.42m/hour. Snow Leopard: TD 3350 metres. (1) 46 days - Based on 7.25m avg speed and daily 10 hours drill time. (2) 38.5 days - based on daily 12 hours. Above are guesstimates only. Actual completion time will depend on daily drill hours employed.

If we adjust for 662m shares in issue now, then it would equate to 55p today...that would be nice indeed.

May be the same parties who pushed for 3d and now shown specific interest in FOX structure might be looking to Farm In? What about more than one Farm In deal? Just saying...parties have shown interest in Block XX also if I read the latest RNS correctly.

With 6 drills you can easily expect a significant re-rate over next 6-12 months. Just let the Placing shares clear. 24m traded in last 2 days. More volume to come in as we move ever closer to 1st Spud and more folks take positions Pre-spud. SM123, I think the Placing is clouding your judgement. You called the drift after Bergen deal correctly indeed...respect. But think on this one I will have to disagree....'drift for months'.....not sure how you reached that conclusion.

Fully diluted price: 12.26p. Currently trading at 13% discount.

Fundraiser, In my email to Mike Buck, I outlined a few suggestions. Mike was gracious enough to reply to my email taking all points on board. I know the suspense reaches climax the nearest we get to a big event. So next 2-3 weeks will be interesting. Yes, with Farm-In, may be Mike calling the bluff, to force the potential farminees hand coz after a strike on either SL or WH, price goes up big time. Current SALE price is for limited period only, while stocks last :-)

Fully funded for 6 drills, targeting over +1 Billion barrels, yet MATD has such low MCap compared to other explorers who got high MCap and Shares in the Billions???
