Hell she still owns 20% of Petrovis directly and founder of Petrovis and was the one who launched Petro Matad as their exploration arm and subsequently listed MATD on AIM. Her MATD Holding after this tiny sale is virtually Unchanged. It's not FCA, it's AIM disclosure rules, that govern reporting such matters. You not going to get your lower entry by scare mongering.

Half of current MCap is just the Cash balance company got here. So market effectively pricing upside from ALL 6 drills @ 4.5p only???? Defies all common sense.

For same 5 prospects, their "Unrisked" valuation is £2.65 per share. Some folks just throwing away their valuable shares at these prices, when just a 3-6 month hold could provide you with potential +600% upside (base case). This could be the biggest success story since GKPs multi-billion barrel Shaikhan discovery in my opinion. Dyor.

Hamm, Agree. Could be a big order being filled by MMs. We saw same pattern last week when 2 very big Buy trades landed after hours, while MMs kept Price in a range. Either way I see MATD as "multi-bagger" from current crazy low prices. Just need an Oil strike from any of the 6 wells and rest of the Market will turn to MATD. Not bothered in the slightest. Not selling any. Multiple price catalysts lined up in next 3-5 months with multi-bag potential here in a big way.

Dropped below support level. Not sure where the bottom is. Without any news, this would drift lower in coming days in my view.

Base case 30.8p a share 'risked' valuation is after 50% assumed dilution from Farm-Out. That would imply 61.6p on 100% basis. Wow....

If you listen to the LSE interview yesterday, think it was a decision that Mike Buck made to do the 2nd Placing for the rationale he provided. He said that he discussed 2nd Placing with Petrovis who fully supported his view despite getting their own Holding diluted to 29.73% from over 36% at the time. Mike has full autonomy as far as I can see and was brought in by Petrovis to take control and make Bold decisions that previous CEOs lacked. Late reported tiny director sale could be an oversight on their part....but does not change the bigger picture in any way whatsoever.

Mannan, 70 days is full completion which includes various things, like: wire log testing, flow rates, etc. Plus Rig mobilisation to Wild Horse and extra days contingency built in already. Snow Leopard targeting 5 zones which will be hit as they drill all the way to 3350 metres total TD. Shallow targets will be hit early obviously. We could get oil shows from all zones....who knows. That itself takes estimated barrels to Over 200MMBO for just Snow Leopard. Personally, I think they could have written the RNS better than what was put out.

Look at other explorers recent wells, drill times have come in early than guidance provided. Shallow zones should be hit is 2 weeks or early in my view.

I loved his reference in his LSE interview today: ...size of discoveries we are looking at in Blocks IV and V are very large...probably bigger than current resource proven by Petro China in Eastern Mongolia with 25000 bopd peak production. That will do nicely indeed. Happy to wait.

Someone said that...BPC will try to hammer out a good deal here for us? Pretty obvious...that's BOD job. ...ask yourself one honest question: Are we really in a strong financial position to negotiate favourable deal terms? We cannot drill on our own without raising funds. The other party knows that from their due diligence. They will try to Farm In on the cheap. *What if they want 80% of licence share for peanuts? * Will Potter be desperate enough to agree to their terms? Whether we like it or not....harsh reality is...they got us by the b@11s. You try and ask for better price, they simply will squeeze harder. Hence need to see deal terms, if and whenever deal happens. Only then you can see any sustainable movement. Rest is speculation like the rest of AIM. Just my thoughts & opinion. GLA

Mike Buck confirmed in his email reply to me few weeks ago that he has noted down my suggestion of 'Regular Updates' sooner instead of collecting various bits of info to release as one Huge RNS. Not only it takes 2 days to fully absorb all the info, it sometimes creates confusion & uncertainty as different folks start interpreting details wrong way.
