MCap £116m yesterday was quite overstretched TBH. Would not be surprised if few LTH (not all) broke even and just took their Capital out that was stuck here for years....quite frankly I would have done the same if I was stuck here for over 5 years and had written it off....sensible thinking in my opinion.

Yep. 3p would be very conservative Buy Out price. Given that they spent over 2p a share....if you may.....development costs to bring asset to production. They want to ramp up production few folds, to get higher revenues in with the permit. So price in higher cash flow after the ramp up in production...which is NOT even priced in. Hence with IPPC permit, price here could easily be more than double the current level. Imho.

Price has just recovered to roughly where it was before that 1st RNS blunder. IPPC permit news due soon is NOT even priced in. It just rose yesterday from a very low base...simples. Added more at 0.82....no brainer with IPPC news on its way. Despite what the doom mongers say to get a lower entry...

This is cheap...can see this around 1.5p soon after $100m service provider agreement is signed. NNPC is now aware of the conditional Project finance of upto $50m agreed by Mauritius Bank & Trafigura. Hell they are so confident, Trafigura even agreed to the Offtake agreement. Just waiting for NNPC approval hopefully this month and we should be off towards 1.5p run.

AST is owed EUR 43m development costs which alone is over 2p. Surely that would be priced when Offers are made. Plus Colin 1.98p options. You can work out T/O price has got to be well in excess of 2p. IPPC permits due in Sep which is next month being the earliest.

Slovenia is in EU. They don't want bad press. IPPC should have issued 2 years ago. After media & press got involved to the extent, Govt had to get it done. Bigger players like INA, MOL...on stand By to Buy Out / Take Over...question is more like how quickly do they want to wrap up the deal? Massive gas deposit sitting there waiting to exploited and IPPC got delayed just coz of one fekker NGO...

Think there is likely to be some positive outcome here. Probably some sort of settlement reached between both parties mediated by the Indian Govt. to get a move on. Also to avoid further bad press coverage. Agree MCap too low at present. That could change overnight.

Development cost REFUND alone is +2p to AST.

AST has rights to 90% of first revenues until they recover EUR 43m development costs incurred to date. That Refund alone is MULTIPLES of current low MCap..., That CASH will come in on Buy Out, T/O.

Benchmark Buy out offers at a premium to his 2p options. This was over 2.5p. on anticipation of IPPC permit..... Permit on its way now....

Now that theory would make a whole lot of sense. Somebody with closer ties to the Govt could have pushed for a move on and quick turnaround for issuing that IPPC permit to facilitate a 'Strategic' transaction. Interesting week coming up.
