It's all about MCap...
Your MATD reference...at that price MATD touched high MCap of £110m as there were only 287m shares in issue last year. Plus they got $15m from Shell as Exit payment for pulling out BG to go on their own. Finally drilling now.
BPC current MCap is already at £116m with not much cash to drill just on our own. Hence we are relying on Farm In partner. Another unknown is how much licence Potter gives away to secure the deal? Still need to drill though to prove up the resource. Potential is there.
