After yesterday's CC, it was clear AST got multiple parties in Buy Out discussions after Strategic Review was initiated few months ago. By the sound of it talks are at Advanced stage probably. 50m figure as baseline was quoted by management which values AST around 2.25 - 2.3p a share. Also became clear that Slovenian Govt. involved now and pushing for IPPC to be issued soon. Big boys will come in and take it from here. AST just needs a clean break here. Imho, Dyor.
