Someone asked a question earlier today.., Will any bidder have to offer higher than price reached in last 12 months...? I honestly do not know the answer to that one. Other more experienced folks here might know more about offer price in Buy Out situations.

2.5p offer price is my guess that will clinch a deal here. Colin & Clive might try for a 3p Buy out. Slovenian Govt. wants to get a move on and effectively overlooking this now. They want one of the Big players to come in and take this huge gas field forward. AST just needs a clean break and we can all move on.

£50m Offer would be 2.25p a share. That just recovers our Development costs to take bringing it to production. Even a small 10% buyout premium puts Offer price closer to 2.5p / share. +150% upside.

This can drift to sub 5p on low volumes. Support at: 5.14p would be key.

People taking positions for Buy Out.., With or Without IPPC permit. Offer price would be lot higher with IPPC permit. Expecting a 'low ball' offer starting at £50m......to get he ball rolling. Crazy to have any shorts open now... May be at 13p when 70 days drill time was announced to take advantage of slow drift. This is time to close any shorts....,unless they lack any common sense. This can turn around on its head any day. Each to their own.
