Significantly Undervalued22 Oct 2018 15:33
This is just so so undervalued.....its not even funny....I just cracked the 5.4p price that Newmont used.
Q: Where do we think NEWMONT got their 5.4p a share ?
A: Edison Research note (2017).
That was very 'Early-Pass' valuation EDISON used for Anza back in 2017 at much less ounces & grades.
Contained Au ounces:
Lower Band......164,612 oz
Upper Band...... 273,603 oz
Grade used: g/t Au 3.2 - 3.7 (range)
Price per share (pence).....5.4p
...FAST FORWARD........to 2018
We know OMI, done so much more drilling since 2017, and hit much higher Gold grades, average c.10 g/t.
Increased BOTH...mineralisation strike length and also Depth now up to 400m now AND still open in all directions.
In my opinion, Newmont used Edison price of 5.4p as first pass just to get their foot in the door for their 19.9%.
With current resource estimated closer to 500,000 oz - 600,000 oz......this should be 3x times what Edison used in their 2017 calcs....and should be around +16.2p.
Look forward to UPDATED Edison Research note on Anza in coming weeks / months.
IMHO, DYOR.
