Yuri, Newmont would need to Top Up their current Holding by about 700,000 shares to maintain 19.9% level. Will they buy in the Open market or at Premium is the question? Same would apply to Contibental if wanted a Top Up to maintain their holding level who got diluted when Newmont bought their original 19.9% Holding in OMI.

If as I suspect, Tom Palmer is our man then expect lot more action to resume here soon. He will be managing Global operations. 1 Nov is effective appointment date. President & COO (Newmont).

If they want to maintain same Holding level before the new 3.5m shares issued As they also would have got diluted today.

now.....coz after new 3.5m shares issue, Newmont Holding would drop below 19.9% And they want to maintain the 19.9% level

Golden Cross not happened yet as far as I can see but on course. I would ignore the temporary price drop. 50dma on the rise 200dma dropping

Mkbarnes, That is why when volumes kick in, MMs struggle with it... AIM stocks drift on lower volumes and Zoom higher soon as Buying pressure returns. This will move up....sooner or later.

NI 43-101 is for Dec 2018. If I remember correctly, Newmont is funding this also in addition to the $30m spending. That should not stop drilling to resume before Dec 2018. Just a matter of what cut-off date they use for Dec report. imo. This should then used as Base figure with subsequent drill results added on to future resource updates, unless Newmont jump in with an 'Early offer'...

On FTSE stocks, price is more driven by SETS....which is order driven....hence you see pretty tight spreads on FTSE stocks, unlike wide spreads we see on AIM, being pushed up and down like a tarts knickkkers...

Russell70, That's coz MMs not got many shares about, as not many willing to sell at these crazy low prices... MMs seem to be plain dumbb, they need to switch to Plan B and raise it if they want to attract any sellers. So MMs were happy to push GGP close to £90m MCap when Newmont was just browsing....and keeping OMI under £10m MCap with Newmont already on board......WTF

Locked my shares at 25p for now. Will revise higher as we get closer to NI 43-101 resource update. MMs NOT getting any of my shares. Current MCap under £10m a joke.... This seems to be kept low artificially by the fekking MMs. IMO We should be sitting much higher, with such High grade Gold deposit at Anza. Would expect a very different share price in 2019 after getting Resource Update. Just using 'Buritica' 13 Moz resource right next door to ANZA gold deposit on same Gold rich belt as proxy and this should be way higher.

To come in Dec 2018. Will be a good start to establish resource at Anza from drilling to date. Lot more to come. Anza has already been declared a discovery.

Fundy, Incorrect to quote 9% cos.... If I remember correctly, it's Commercial COS, not your standard geological COS. Commercial COS is derived from a combination of factors, e.g. geological COS, ease of extraction, size of discovery, extraction costs Vs oil market price, etc.
