PetroChina paid SOCO over $100m back in 1990 I think to get in Eastern Mongolia Blocks. They then developed those blocks with current estimated reserves at 2.25B barrels. Block XX NPV ranges from $76m to $299m for 15m to 50m barrel oil field. So economics here are robust.

The first of the company’s 2019 wells, called Heron, is just 500 metres from lease line with Block XIX, so it will be tapping into the same oil horizons being exploited by the Chinese. With 75% cos and classified as Appraisal wells of the same Petrochina oil field.

Same situation building here like Jan-Feb 2017 super run from 6p to 38p...few months before Spud. With so few shares in free Float, this will go crazy in coming weeks and months. I will be happy with 10-15p range pre Spud. Who knows where Market takes it.

So we had some profit taking today after a strong week....nothing unusual. Happens on all shares. Nothing goes Up in straight line. But the rise was from very Oversold position. Higher Highs / Higher Lows. Some punters came for a week, some bit longer and some will be here for a much longer duration.

Bit of a breather today....very healthy. Gives some of the fence sitters a chance today to get in pre Spud.

Quick monetisation via proven route already in place exporting current production to China.

some very good posts today. Market re-rates on Forward potential, NOT past results. Hence at 6p plus and not 60p. Past results from 2010-11 drills have been known for years. Trolls recycling news from back in 2010 simply wasting their time. This is going higher in coming days/weeks... Sooner the trolls realise, sooner they can also make a very healthy ROI even from current entry level.
