Agree. Market is forward looking. It re-rates on future potential NOT past events. Risk/reward for Block XX is extremely attractive being Appraisal wells of existing oil discovery within just 1km from Petrochina Block boundary line. CoS at 75%. Fully funded for 5-6 drills with $23m cash. All 100% owned. Rig news next. 10p pre-Spud would still be conservative imo.

MCap is very low considering only 15m barrel oil field has NPV $76m at the low end. 50m barrel oil field has NPV $299m...at the upper end. 10p pre Spud would look like a bargain.

Heron-1 Gazelle-1 Red Deer Fox OR Velociraptor success from Heron-1 appraisal well just about 500 metres from Block 19 lease line and Petrochina producing oil well L 19/46-3 could result in quick follow through drills... from Block XX is what the company going after with commercialisation. Achieving sales at international oil market prices at about 5% discount to Brent Crude with demand from both China and Mongolian domestic economy. Currently all oil production from Petrochina oil field from across the Block XX boundary line is trucked away daily to China. New Mongolian oil refinery, under construction would need all the oil feed stock as it can get, just for domestic use instead of expensive Imports from Russia.

MATD is funded now for 6 wells....which is awesome. No other oil explorer currently is in such a strong position. Plus all owned at 100%. They planning ahead to apply for 'Further' 2 permits for 'Additional' wells at Heron & Gazelle...Heron 2, Gazelle 2, etc. to follow up further success. Flow test equipment already in the warehouse to get it all tested within weeks. Rig news expected anytime in coming days/weeks.

From 10 Jan 2019 RNS... The work so far has confirmed the mapping of the Heron Prospect (16MMbo mean prospective recoverable resources ("Mean")) and the Gazelle Prospect (13MMbo Mean) and has improved our understanding of the Antelope Prospect (7MMbo Mean). The likely location for Heron-1 is less than 1km south of the Petro China discovery well L19/46-3 and the new mapping confirms the Heron Prospect is an extension of the L19/46 structure. As such, Heron-1 will be an appraisal well of an existing discovery. Permits are already in hand for the two wells programmed to be drilled in the northern area of Block XX covering any of the locations we may choose once prospect mapping is complete. We are in the process of permitting for two more potential locations to be able to follow up quickly on any success we may have in the firm drilling programme.
