Having read the frustration and sentiments of many here, we need to think with a cool head.

With current political situation, better to vote YES

1) Upfront US $15m cash to acquire new Projects in safer jurisdictions.

2) US$60m Special Dividend

3) US$30m loan to be repaid to AMC over 10 years

We retain our AMC shares and can benefit in a big way from new projects in safer jurisdictions as stated by the company. I presume they referring to USA/ Canada / AUS / Europe as safer jurisdictions.

Upside from NEW projects could be substantial OR we can vote no and be stuck here for years. I rather take CASH DIVIDEND and still retain all the UPSIDE from new projects.

Remove any emotion attached to Kun-Manie and think practically.

With Sunrise back on track, Chuditch by default would follow same.

Dunrobin with 115 mmboe already established could be revised higher. Dunrobin sits close to Beatrice oil field that has already produced 140mmbo.

You can build other scenarios around future MCap, e.g. if Dunrobin 3d seismic reprocessing results due generates higher than 115 mmboe figure.

For simplicity, if we use oil price instead of Gas price just to illustrate how undervalued BOIL curently is.

Just for Dunrobin:

Using only $2/bbl in ground valuation:
115m x 32% x $2 = $73.6 million (£60m )
Would expect target MCap of £60m

Been in BOIL before. Last 2 years not much happened due to Covid. We now entering busy newsflow on both Dunrobin and Chuditch. Things should finally start to motor ahead at BOIL.

Dunrobin 100 mmbo prospect -

Combine previous seismic data with new 3d data. Potential resource size might increase further after 3d seismic reprocessed data.

I would say there is a lot going on here with focus back on North Sea drill targets. Also oil giant BP looking at North Sea again.

3d seismic reprocessing results due soon. Dunrobin resource size could very well come in higher than 100 mmbo matching or exceeding Beatrice 140mmbo oil production.

Think you were referring to CLON doing 160% from 0.25 placing with NO Asset yet. CLON actually did over +200% when it hit 0.80.

For BOIL to do 200% from 0.06 would be 0.18
We got news expected on both Chuditch 3d seismic reprocessing and Dunrobin (North Sea).

BOIL could re-rate pretty fast. Volumes been staggering 3 days in a row. Lot more to come.
