Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Time to load up now while still at the lows before it rockets higher. We all know how fast it moves.
Very positive update on NICE earlier this week. Full roll out across entire NHS just a matter of time. All looking very good especially from such a lower entry price. Dont be in that camp who later regret, could have / should have bought at 5p. Good luck all.
We entering busy News flow period soon both on GRE/ARV JV front - Osborne / Kobe.
Artemis also busy at Mt Marie (100% ARV) with ongoing rock chip sampling. Further updates due
At Osborne JV project they just tested the outskirts of the main body and still reported grades with similar geology and mineralisation found at Azure Minerals - Andover licence.
Large Spodumene crystals found at Artemis 100% Mt Marie licence are same as found on Andover discovery.
Artemis Resources got massive upside from both Mt Marie (100%) and Osborne JV with GRE.
Both GRE and ARV have got to be on the radar of the bigger players being next door to Azure Minerals and on same ground. Azure being bought for A$1.76 billion via joint bid from SQM and Gina Rinehart.
Time to add / Accumulate while still cheap. IMO
Way OVERSOLD.
Drop in AUS was 15%...drop in London 40% ??
Trading halt related to Osborne JV between GRE and ARV. In my opinion trading halt was not needed. Osborne results were good but in all that suspense some folks just sold out of frustration. Not sure what they expected.
In all that suspense, our 100% owned Mt Marie significant Lithium discovery with similar pegmatite crystals found just like at Azure Minerals (subject to A$1.8 billion takeover) got overlooked completely.
I doubled my holding here on this temporary drop. Once folks calm down, market will realise we got MASSIVE UPSIDE here.
Importantly for the Company and the region, this discovery is further evidence of a potential corridor of lithium mineralisation extending beyond 40km in the west Pilbara region, where Artemis' tenements are located.
Reminds me of Solgold which went from 1p to 45p around 10-12 years ago when NewCrest and BHP piled in due to size of the discovery at the time.
Why is everyone replying on the negative thread.
That is what these fekkers want.
Need to reply on positive thread to counter their negativity.
Took advantage of the temporary pullback to add few more.
Current MCap here is ridiculous compared to where it could be sitting in coming months using Azure A$1.8 billion as a proxy for Buy Out valuation.
Albiet Azure is a year ahead but was floating at the bottom before their Lithium discovery and then A$1.8 billion takeover price tag.
11.2p price target was before Spodumene Lithium discovery at MARIE deposit (100% ARV).
Revised price target in my opinion should be lot higher than 11.2p. Just look at the A$1.8Billion buyout of Azure Minerals next door to us more recently.
Great work news. Lots of useful info. Thanks.
Artemis & Greentech in great place now sitting on the largest licence in the Andover complex next door to Azure Minerals.
Big players now showing interest in what else is available after A$1.8 billion buy out of Azure.
Expecting price to more than Double next week as market plays catch up and realises how significantly undervalued Artemis is.
MARIE lithium deposit is 100% Artemis ground. Add to this other deposits Artemis has 49% JV with GreenTech etc.
Still cannot get over how AZURE Minerals stormed from circa A$100m to A$1.76 Billion MCap. Amazing returns for Azure investors. Success here would push Artemis to NEW HIGHS. Stay put here is best strategy in my opinion.
Expect fireworks next week.
ARV is so UNDERVALUED....its crazy !!
11.2p a share Broker price target might be on the low side in my opinion compared to Valuations of other stocks in AUS with Lithium discoveries all around us.
From Sep 2023 RNS...
"The Company's strategic and operational priority this year continues to be to prepare for the drilling and testing of an appraisal well on the Chuditch-1 gas discovery. Success here will prove up the commerciality of the 1,165 Bcf of gas (194MMboe) gross Pmean Contingent Resources in the field and de-risk an additional 1,651 Bcf (275MMboe) of gross Pmean Prospective Resources."
Chuditch-2 is appraisal follow up of Chuditch-1 gas discovery. Resourse size could be even bigger.
Current MCap is not even close to true reflection of value of the resource we got.
Timor-Gap farm Up completion soon with additional £1m cash to be added to our current estimated £4.6m balance.
Hull
Option to partner with Chuditch will be open to both SANTOS and Woodside.
Interesting game of Chess is on now....
SundaGas owns the 100% Chuditch licence. BOIL now own 60% of SundaGas (previously 75%) and Timor Gap 40%.
SundaGas is the operator currently but that might change if a New Big Major is brought back in who would need to buy our 60% share to become Operator of Chuditch license to fast track things forward.
That is what Timor-Leste Govt aiming for with various ongoing developments in the background. Special Dividend will depend on what price is paid. You got various price targets and broker quotes from Allenby Capital e.g. under different scenarios.
Stevemocal.
I think you got pretty good average given what we know now. Petroleum Authority and Timor-Leste Govt making all the right moves to get Chuditch fast tracked and attract the BIG MAJORS back in.
I have bought quite a few between 0.08 and 0.15 range to get decent Qty. Just waiting for 1.50p Special Dividend when BOIL cash in their shares. 🙂
OVERSOLD
Drop from 0.18 last Thursday to 0.09 in just 3 days is way overdone. HE1 almost 20 bagged from 0.19 to 3.7p in just over a week. Yes AIM can feel like lottery but you got to BUY your tickets in the first place for that BIG payout.
BOIL will gain traction in coming days / weeks with ongoing developments in the background.
Farm Up completion will add another £1m to the current c. £4.6m cash balance.
So the company thinks Chuditch is worth between 1.7p - 3.7p @ 75% share.
For 60% share would become: 1.36p - 2.96p
We just need confirmation of incoming partner who can take things forward. BOIL only interested in what they can get for their 60% share of Chuditch.
Excellent posts from some Top posters here (VisitTimor, Dougb, Jarv, filthycure) to name a few. Cannot remember other names but you know who you are.
I doubled my Holding here on Friday taking advantage of the temporary drop from end of week Day traders taking profits. So thank you. Looking to double my holding again next week. This price is a gift with recent developments. More news updates due. Timor-Leste Govt after all these years has finally been hit with the realisation that Chuditch needs to come online first and will be before Sunrise. Chuditch will attract Big Majors back to Timor-Leste.
Valuation wise, using Victory £32m that Shell paid, i am happy with £656m (3.29p) for Chuditch 3500bcf at 75% share which has major upside on top. Shell estimates back then were 5000 bcf.
We can also argue that reduction to 60% could be more than offset from increased resource from the additional leads and area not included in the 3500bcf case rising to e.g 10 TCF as a guide. Will have to wait and see.
There is lots going on in the background. We might equally attract BIG MAJOR in coming weeks or months by transferring lets say another 30% or 40% on a completely FREE Carry basis all the way to First Gas.
OR
Incoming BIG MAJOR might just buy out our full 60% working interest (via SundaGas shares BOIL own) for upfront CASH and become Operator.
Chuditch-2 appraisal well is lot more advanced now compared to 2-3 years ago. So any of above scenario can play out. With upfront CASH received, BOIL can buy up new Oil & Gas assets anywhere OR in North Sea OR even increase Dunrobin share to 100% share plus SPECIAL DIVIDEND paid to shareholders from cash received.
2024 is shaping up to be an exhilarating year for BOIL investors after a decade or so. Do NOT sell out on the cheap is what i would say. Lot of upside yet to come. Thursday was just a trailer before the movie starts. GLA, please DYOR. I done mine.
MP
Interesting angle here that Boil as investors in SundaGas can sell their shares to Highest Bidder.
