Just to let everyone know, have emailed Eliza and she informs that "Correct, the plan is to release drill results as they are ready and material, once drilling commences. SolGold aims to replicate the blueprint created at Alpala for all priority targets, which will mean frequent dill hole updates."
Has anyone got sight of level 2 now? How is the book looking?
thanks
Addinckt- re “sticky shareholders”. Depends if it is DGR, Tenstar etc....
Anon, only earlier this week suspected that DGR will take some as they have raised funds. A clean way for directors to buy too
Hey BNc - hope all well. A bullish pennant?
Personally I don't mind if it increases SP
Agree addicknt market wouldn't be too interested - what it may do its increase shareholding in DGR which may help fend off low ball offer and increase NM influence/stake in the company (albeit indirectly)
Thanks Jerry - I do agree with you - probably clutching at straws and wishing hoping for a higher SP! DGR may be a vehicle for buying more without looking like a corner shop!
Addinck - I wonder if DGR will form some of 8)... extract from DGR Global 26 May 2020...
The funds raised from the Offer (after payment of expenses in connection with the Offer) will be used to
continue to develop DGR Global’s business and meet its strategic goals. More particularly, funds raised
have been earmarked for developing the Company’s investments in its unlisted subsidiaries and projects.
Additionally, the Company may utilise some of the funds raised for further investments within its listed
portfolio, and to meet corporate costs and for working capital purposes.
Jerry, no need for a dig at the end - please be respectful rather than dismissive. There has been some discussion lately with the volume of anywhere between 1-4m and this can move the share price. Lots of shares are tied up in IIs and company etc. Buying up a small amount of shares can move this share price. There is also speculation that cornerstone selling has brought the price down to 11p. My point was not a huge amount of money to be spent, just enough to start to move the share price.
addicknt - I don't disagree with you - and very unlikely - although if a low ball offer came in based on share price now then the strategic plan would no longer be in SOLG hands and you would be 100% correct then, not ever! ... just trying to make a discussion point.
If Citi wanted the price to increase why not recommend a share buy back scheme for Solg? Would decrease the number of shares in issue and increase sp.
Hi Anyone got access to Level 2? Seems to be lot more buys vs sells at the moment..
L2 - my chart has a cross of 50 day EMA and 200 day EMA which is a bullish sign.Any other chartists care to comment or post?
Has anyone got sight of the book and L2 - how is it panning out for the day?
On the daily charts by my reckoning we are close for the 50day EMA to cross the 200day EMA - in which case we will be set for a much more bullish run. Last time this happened for this share was Sept 2018 when the price spiked to 46p. Any more expert chartists care to comment?
Directors of companies have to take a risk assessment of whether the company is a going concern and would be required to list possible reasons why not. It is part of their duties.
MOG 330GMT is 430 BST....
Looks like the SP bounced off the 23.6% retracement level - hope to see some decent recovery now for next leg up...
Earthling, what on earth is your issue? If you take Time to read and try and understand some of BNc posts you can see that they are balanced. Just because you don’t agree you insult (not challenge). You are at the centre of most of the arguments here. What was your phrase again? God given right? No you haven’t!
