The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I wonder if a JV will happen for Solgold and as part of the deal the other companies will spin off (eg Green Rock/ Carnegie Ridge) - is this Nick's plan to lead these? It would explain some of the silence on the exploration front.
Add, I also emailed the company on Monday asking what the drilling update policy would be so to add some consistency to the updates and expectations. Also nothing back
You are milking it now
Add, By trash talking they have actually allowed a heads up to NM and team to get their house in order.
Trying to work out what will hope. To SP if resolutions go through or are blocked. Difficult to call. Any ideas?
Their RNS is purely a copy of ours - even quoting Ben Whistler... Not sure whether to read more into this in that relationships have softenened?
Anyone with access to L2? How does the book look?
sjn, I hold a similar value (5m+) across trading platform, ISA and SIPP. This equates to 0.25% of the company - so please vote - all these add up.
nm
Fastjet - I can dummy sell up to 1.1mill so suggests that they need shares.
ANyone have Level2 access? How is the book looking?
Who are valuestone advisors - to raise $5m at US0.42 (= 32p)?
Just reading back through this RNS about BHP placing at £45m at 45p. One of the conditions was
“ Ø BHP will, for a period of two years, support the recommendations of the SolGold Board in respect of any shareholder approvals required in connection with any change of control transaction involving the Cascabel Project or SolGold, provided it is supported by an Independent Expert appointed by the SolGold Board and 60% of SolGold shareholders (disregarding BHP's shares) accept or approve the transaction”
Reflecting back - this is interesting in that NM has also been quoted as to say that taxes are prohibitive for Cascabel alone.....
If so, why was this clause even listed?
Redknight - I think J London is actually a poster used to be here called "news" - the writing style is identical and used to end up in arguments with supposed "evidence" etc. Good researcher but as you say tedious
ooops thanks Mog :-/
Zoros / Pad re : "drill hole BDH 20-03" I believe it IS leaked news.
Pad you think it relates to rock samples but the labelling of these are different: refer to this RNS: https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/SOLG/blanca-project-update-o5cswne5efdfpn2.html
Rock chip samples start with an "R" eg R01000651
Note that the drill hole logic is site letter (eg "P" for Porvenier), then "DH" assume Drill Hole - Year- then number....
Ie Porvenier first one is PDH-20-001.
Cascabel used logic CSD-16-001 etc
ON this logic Blanca is BDH-20-003 - ie this is the third hole drilled (in 2020)....
Anyone have access to level 2. Are the blocker sells back?
I already asked Solgold this morning to clarify...
Slightly off topic - although relevant. Weir have exited Oil and Gas - in favour of mining. Interesting presentation
https://www.global.weir/assets/files/investors/presentations/weir-agrees-sale-of-og-division-presentation.pdf
Interesting slides on p8, 9 with regards to copper content and projections
JB have been saying this for some time on Blanca. Blanca is listed at the bottom of the priority targets - yet with the most bonanza grades. :-|.
There is now no talk of bootstrapping - this was the buzz at the time UNTIL the concession was split. I think this is one of the keys to unlock progress, although they need CGP in their pocket to enable this... we shall soon find out
I’m still hung up on Blanca. Remember a while ago when NM was suggesting that they could bootstrap the build costs against the Blanca grades. This is totally silent now. Blanca was cause of an issue for CGP hence split of tenements a year or so back. Since then no mention of bootstrapping. This is why I believe Solg want CGP so much and I believe they are withholding info about Blanca. I predict after CGP is sorted we will get a flow of news on these bonanza grades...IMO
