...to the proposition that , baring in mind we are on the cusp of seeing first IM completed whilst at the same time engaged in an open offer where VeChain have said they will buy up any shares not taken up , it may be in certain parties interest to drag their heels just a teensy weensy bit with regards to seeing said deal rubber stamped so that certain parties may be able to hoover up MORE shares at the lower price?
I am just thinking out loud really and it is entirely possible that i am talking Utter B*****KS so feel free to shoot me down in flames...

It's a bit of a non event as far as an RNS goes , the deal is still on it's just taking a little longer , no surprise really.
One would like to think as time goes on and , if , more deals materialise that the boys and girls at SYME will be a little more fleet of foot!

I wouldn't like to hazard a guess but if the IM or at least the expected RNS confirming successful completion of first IM does NOT materialise tomorrow , not only will I NOT be surprised but I won't be all that disappointed either , depends on whether it has fallen through completely or just been delayed for a few days for whatever reason.
Just for the Craic , I will stick my neck out and say I am 55/45 that we WILL get a positive IM tomorrow...
but I haven't got a scooby doo really.
How do the rest of you rate the chances of positive RNS regarding first IM tomorrow?

Fint , I think a lot of people will be thinking the same way.
Why pin yourself down to a specific date when , by doing so , you could be making a rod for your own back.
Having said that , one would have thought that for AZ to say first IM WOULD be completed by 31st July then he must have been pretty confident that WOULD be the case.
In all honesty , I couldn't give a fiddler's fart as my expectations for SYME are not all that high , still see it as a longshot , and even if he does get first IM done on time that is no guarantee of future success. I am not trying to talk it down , that's just how I see it.
AZ can do himself and the rest of us a big favour by getting this done on time , there will be a lot of very unhappy punters if he doesn't... whatever will be will be eh?
