I agree the only three guarantees in life are death and taxes and AIM placings! But I want to see a return to 30p+ when lucrative cosmetic deals are being struck before they consider such a thing. I believe in the bod here, which is a rarity, and they have skin in the game. Anyway good luck and hope your sale comes back to haunt you in the nicest possible way. MTP.

Well at least you're honest enough to say you've sold but please don't pass off speculation as fact. You can't possibly know they won't get any cash from cosmetics for a year. That's certainly not the tone cath's been taking when discussing the commercial deals which have been running parallel alongside the trial. They still have a strong cash runway and apparently she said at the presentation that their eczema treatment will now be via a medical device application; significantly faster and cheaper route to market. She was very bullish overall. Fair enough if you've banked profits although not at a very good price and I expect you don't want to see the price go up again now hence saying the company won't be able to stay afloat which is pretty desperate stuff IMO, sorry to say. I guess if anyone sells based on BB speculation they don't deserve to make money anyway though huh, so say whatever you like. GLA.

He needs to meet the swines behind the AT trades for that to happen! But still, I agree it certainly wouldn't do any harm.

He must be as frustrated as anyone over the way it's been held down. Out of hundreds of stocks I've looked at none have had anywhere near the AT trades this has!

I remember the second time we passed P3, holders were averaging up at 45p thinking it was in the bag and would keep rising towards fair value, then the AT trades kicked in again and look where we are now.

SURELY it'll be let go upon FDA approval, if there isn't a lowball TO bid in the meantime..?

Just my opinion. Have been heavily invested here for 2.5 yrs and have followed the story as closely as possible. Maybe I sound like a conspiracy theorist but does anyone else have any better theories?? I'm all ears.

Could get very interesting this. The co are sick and tired of going through significant inflection points as they advance their portfolio projects, most with the monetisation in sight, only to see the SP continue to slide in this rubbish market. Hence them putting themselves up for sale to maximise shareholder value.

So, if they're selling it in order to increase shareholder value, it stands to reason that they'll be looking for a fair price for their pipeline which would be significantly higher than where the SP is right now.

I think some are missing a trick by not buying down here on today's news, but then WDIK?

Align saying they think the seller must be cleared by now - not the first time somebody's suggested this. However once they do finally clear, we will very probably look back at today's price as a steal.

Nothing has changed with the company itself throughout this slide, other than them strengthening the BoDs of their respective projects which are hopefully (keyword!) edging closer to monetisation.

Takes patience but am thinking in terms of a year or so from now for a genuine retrace (never mind rerate). Just an opinion - we all have the same facts to hand. Cliff's salary is still a sore point though - hope they tie it to SP performance in future!

The company are debt free, growing profits, trading at a massive discount now to their increasing NAV. But the low SP is indeed scary, even if it is mostly due to an ii simply wanting out.

Yes Glory apparently that's common practice in the Tant industry, although a side effect has been seeing this SP tank on the vacuum of real figures. However, the grades announced today are very much real. I really think the Tant is the bigger play here than the Li. It's more scarce and more in demand going forward.

The previous offtake agreement was not exclusive. LJ will now be haggling for a better, larger agreement and the companies doing due diligence want exclusivity so he should be able to get a good deal. The resource is huge and 'growing' as the drilling expands. I expect the customer to be a major firm just as the last one was (tho again they weren't allowed to be named as part of the NDA).

Am I right in assuming / expecting that as part of the offtake agreement, the customer will in all likelyhood be funding the water pipeline (otherwise they'll have to wait a lot longer to get their hands on the stuff), thereby removing the last obstacle to this being a fully operational and highly profitable mine by 2020?

As Funky (good to have you back) says, this is now a highly promising LTH, especially from this price! More patience required, but also more faith restored. I'll take that after the slide we've suffered up until recently.

Looking at the rest of the headlines on that news site and the general state of the country, I think the last thing the govt want to do is revoke the license regardless of any local complaints! A fully operational mine like the NTI mine in just a couple of years would be an asbolute boon for the region. Just an observation. Again it all comes down to Larry though. Time will tell, if he comes good we'll be rich, if he doesn't then we'll have to find him!

What's even more strange is a self proclaimed expert spending so much of their time writing lengthy posts trying to find every negative angle possible when they have allegedly already given up on their 'tiny holding' and their 'wallet is closed' for buying any more!

What isn't strange is finding people with thinly veiled alternative motives on a share BB.

DTN where were you a few months ago when we actually needed you to help talk folks out of buying when the SP was much, much higher? Am not sure we need you now after what's transpired since, you're not saying anything new and this share has pretty much been deramping itself by allowing the price to tank so badly.

However with potentially big drill results on the way and Tracarta loading up down here there's a glimmer of hope no matter how hard you try to diminish it. Any other junior miners on AIM with the resource, the licences, an actual mine, off-take agreement, etc all in place with an SP near all time rock bottom lows? (pardon the pun)

Definitely mining not winning haha, however all of the things you mention Kazera actually already have in place, which is a huge positive in comparison to most other junior miners. Just need a good jorc, sort out the water piping and they're away. Should happen over the next few months and have been so far down here for so long I don't mind waiting a while longer to see 10p+ again..! Over to you LJ. GLA.

I'd say salarius, lucyd and belluscura are all looking to monetize within two years as an absolute max, and each of those three alone can see the mcap here go from 4m to 100m+. Sounds rampy but research those projects for yourselves. Plus you then have a their business model, other incubation projects, future acquisitions, etc. If they do decide to be stupid and do a placing all the way down here, I'll be selling a kidney to buy as much as I can. In fact I'll continue to buy any further dips anyway. And if Novum have been brought in to IPO one of their projects (wishful thinking maybe), then we really are sitting on a bargain right now. Whatever people think of Novum it doesn't change the fundamentals, so if anything such folly by the BoD could in fact be viewed as an opportunity for PIs in the longer term. Either way, like you say, patience is all that's required... GLA.

The broker is tarnished a bit along the lines of Beaufort apparently, and people fear they've been brought in to do a placing. HOWEVER, I'd say the BoD are not complete idiots and only an idiot would place down here. The company is turning a profit and the BoD have skin in the game and options to exercise at a much higher price. They have great projects all arriving at that sweetspot between R&D and commercialism which makes this SP a bargain, especially as L&G have been selling the price down with wild abandon.

Bargain IMO. In fact the broker might have been brought in to help IPO one of the projects, which is what Fincap were supposed to do!

Fincap research note should be out soonish which should create interest.

Gonna average down now and see what happens. There's no way this is never going to see 30-50p again, just a case of patience (excruciating as that might be).

It's clear from the price action the buys are showing as sells. My buy was red too. Might 'sell' more now, being quoted below mid price. Just can't resist topping up at this level.

I still don't find 2.5p to be anything to get too excited about. That's dirt cheap and in fact quite disgraceful as I'm sure many LTH here will agree. Firmly in the bottom draw until it finally starts to realise it's undoubted potential.

Let's hope this continues to rise over the next few months alongside drill results and the sooner we see a return to 6p the better - which would make a nice platform back to 10p. They have the licenses, the mine, tue contacts, an offtake agreement, and oodles of lithium and tantalum in the ground! GLA.

Ripe for a placing?!? Hahaha don't make me laugh, nice try but the last placing was 6p and investors were deeply disappointed with it being so low then. Just because it's finally had a bit of blue doesn't mean it's not still criminally low! As drill results are drip fed to the market and third parties / the market become increasingly interested, we should see a retrace and if any of them help chip in for the water piping then we'll be away! This was supposed to be a bargain at 10p so don't make out 2.5p is ripe for a placing. LJ will be getting plenty of hate mail for life if that were to happen believe me! GLA.

Hi L2, where did you get the hornblower chart info pls? I don't usually use charts on AIM except for ATL and ATH but it's nice to hear a positive prediction anyway; 9p would be like a monsoon in the desert for many LTH on here.

The stuff has always been in the ground. If the JORC ends up attracting a JV or buyout or even just a large long term offtake contract, then the current SP is a serious bargain. Here's hoping...
