Hi DTN, please trawl through your own history instead, if you read back your latest posts here surely you can see you are being somewhat hypocritical in your accusations? For example name calling, childish responses, one sided arguments, lack of relevant info, repetitive dogma, etc.

If you have a wonderful life then I'm surprised to see you spending yet more time on this BB when you barely hold. Please don't say it's just to protect investors, the SP is low enough as it is thanks!

In my experience people who go around telling everyone they're good are often not so. You're entitled to your opinion just as everyone else is, however it is your motive I have to question as before, sorry.

We all have access to the same sources for research and we are all aware of the risk reward on offer here. I actually remember you posting repeatedly about the water issue when everyone already knew it was an issue, then got the hump and left after nobody exalted you for telling us nothing new. Not sure why you're back here really although it does appear you have an axe to grind.

Can we at least please keep the discussion civil and focused on the situation with KZG while staying away from personal insults? People are allowed to speculate either way, they are allowed to hope or fear.

There are valid arguments for various viewpoints re KZG; IMO there are some lingering cons and potentially massive pros, but that's just me. DTN you are again not telling us anything new and are still not holding, and by saying someone is not allowed to be consistently positive, while being consistently negative yourself, if anything is just a waste of everyone's time (including mine now unfortunately). All constructive views welcome of course and apologies if I'm being too cynical - these BBs can do that to a person, although they've also taught me how to spot an ulterior motive from quite far away!

Can anyone please explain how Motif can yet again have more buys than sells but yet again be red whenever a piddly little A trade kicks in? It's a genuine question. I've been investing for a while but haven't seen anything quite like the price action on Motif.

Interestingly there was a '1' buy on the previous trading day. Absolutely massive volume today.

Amazingly the A's have mostly been positive so far this morning. Can it be that the schwinehunts who've been dragging this down like a lead balloon have finally taken their fill and are now wanting to see it rise?!? Not getting excited yet though, this SP should be at an ATH already by now(!!!) - utterly ridiculous it's been kept so low for so long despite so much positive news and a huge chance of FDA approval just around the corner...

Jet7 I agree re the valuation, if the trial is a success, I'll be disappointed with anything under 90p by 2021.

RNS out on Vox, Larry's been granted options of 10mil shares at 1.75p, His 6p options have been cancelled.

Make of that what you will. He finally has some serious skin in the game at a great price (for him not us!) - at least if he gets stinking rich from here then so will we. His 6p options were due to expire anyway before any big news such as JV or JORC or water pipeline being sorted.

2019 may be a long year but hopefully can't be any worse than 2018, and am so underwater here I have no choice but to be patient now. Sooner or later, this will turn I believe, and when it does it could be huge but that will still be more of a relief than any sort of excitement...

I'll take a pound target in the current situation. Today's RNS pretty much sums up a lot of AIM holdings: Huge potential, could be worth billion+ in just a few years, but having to get the begging bowl out in the meantime... High risk / high reward. I do like the honesty of Midatech's comms these days though - much better than the mess over at NSCI!

Wow. In their attempts to get more shareholder value by trying to sell their undervalued portfolio companies or themselves as a whole, they have subsequently to totally destroy shareholder value. Shame on the BoD; yet another AIM disgrace. Might well be worth a punt down here, but this wasn't the plan!!!

Definitely need an update or a director buy. This is what happens when companies over promise and under deliver. The shares that have lost me the most money have all tanked that way.

Excellent posts. It's not often a share performing as badly as this (price wise) has such constructive and honest discussion. I believe the potential is still here, the price is being smashed by an ii seller, and that long term financing is an issue - just as it is with nearly every AIM pharma. However if and when they secure such financing or better still derisk their pipeline via a commercial partnership, this will suddenly present a serious bargain.

I know the level at which I will next 'average down', even though I never thought it could drop this low to begin with. It is a pity many PIs (myself included) got sucked in at a much higher price due to the BoD promising profitability from the US sales division - which they have now had to divest due to it still making a loss! However with NDA in 2020 (which is getting very near now) of a blockbuster drug in the pipeline, their Q-Sphera tech, and a more open and honest approach from the board, there's still all to play for. Risk / reward are both currently at maximum levels at this price!

This company is now second only to WDC in terms of utterly appalling SP performance. The sale of the US sales arm has gone through so they should have enough cash for the foreseeable, and we've been promised significant value inflection points in the near term. So why the awful drop?

Surely not a placing down at this level (ok, this IS aim)? There's been a big buy today, are L&G working a big sell in the background?

Management had better pull their finger out and pronto. This is either a stonking bargain off the back of a distressed seller, or in a death spiral. No point selling now, but somebody obviously is!

The only thing lower than the SP right now is the antics of our new resident troll. Haven't really come across someone so singlemindedly determined to run a share down. Pure troll, zero facts to base your 'opinions' on. So rather than avoid this otherwise informative BB, I've decided instead to use the filter option for the first time in 2.5 years! Well done.

Cath really does need a 101 in AIM speak! In recent months they RNSd that a cream didn't last long enough which completely threw investors, she then casually mentioned a delay during a presentation, and now she mentions the dreaded p word in the same breath as an imminent significant value inflection point! The market is tough enough as it is without lots of own foot shooting! This share is still going to be worth a lot more in a year's time IMO but this is frustrating nonetheless. GLA.
