Could they have suspended the shares the day they announced the investigation? Would've been much more prudent. So if not, why not?

Has ruined my life. Is this the final nail in the coffin? Worst thing I ever did was discover aim. Ten years ago it was brimming with potential and i got carried away, believing too many lying BODs. Blood on their hands. Now it's a rotting carcas and i can't escape the stench.

Life changing investment indeed. Possibly life ending. If Avacta goes under like everything else has, I am done.

GLA. Hope everyone out there still has a chance to avoid the catastrophic mistakes I've made over the past ten years. Get out if you can, it truly is a cesspit and the so called market makers and the utterly useless FCA haven't helped either.

Turnaround beginning in earnest but they should really be able to fire the departing board members. Why pay them off after they've utterly decimated share value?

I remember being disappointed when they did a placing at 120 after FDA approval (SP was 150 at the time). Yet another AIM rip off / horror show.

Only need a 50x rise from here. Life changing investment indeed (for the worse).

GLAH. As long as they don't go bust, they have great tech and now sounds like somebody competent at the helm.

I remember being disappointed in Tek for selling lots of their BELL holding for what I thought was a cheap price. So much so that I bought into Bell myself. Urgh!

In hindsight it was a masterstroke. I guess the Tek BOD saw the problems coming before anyone else did as it's tanked and been suspended since. Can't understand how Bell messed up so badly given the position they were in. Their BOD is inept??

NASDAQ a great choice. They yanks will lap this tech up.

Also, AIM is still relatively dead after years of the MMs 'unmaking' the market.

This could be significant. Along with TEK's other holdings, one by one they will eventually divest and we will receive the long awaited (and promised) special dividends..!

Good to see the new CEO going scorched earth on the company. Needs a turnaround, no more usual AIM tactic of picking up a paycheck while drifting downwards. The product has significant potential that isn't being realised yet. Duggan is right to ask wth is going on with the sales and marketing depts!

On the face of it this appears to be bandwagon stuff. However, given the current government's net zero insanity, the company might have found a loophole through this as the government are also hot on AI which requires a LOT of energy.

As long as we get the necessary approvals from this idiotic virtue signalling government then the company can do anything they want with it!

When shares tank for no reason nobody says anything. FUM was at record lows, they have some decent news and it goes up a bit, so they're forced to say there's no reason for the rise?

How I despise aim. Death by a thousand cuts for years now. The MMs treat us like fodder. The ECA don't care a jot.

With the share price where it is and the lack of progress since the approvals and licensing deals, it's no surprise there's been a change at the top.

Hopefully the new guy will be better equipped at taking Futura to the next level now that the foundations are in place.

I love that a BoD has come out and said they've just delivered great news so can't see any reason why the SP should have dropped at all. Reading between the lines what they mean is (as it only dropped a little bit) they were expecting the SP to rise significantly instead.

I wish more BoDs would do this, although that would mean thousands of additional RNSs because for the last few years, AIM only sees companies crash on bad news, drop on no news and drift on good news. The whole market has become nothing more than an establishment led MM scam, IMO.

However, there is hope that it might see a big bounce eventually, maybe they're still waiting until they've bottomed it out completely and made most PIs give up and sell cheap.

Keep hold of these shares, they are going to actually be worth something once the shackles are finally removed once more.

For once, I only have a small holding in a disaster.

I'm a long term holder of TEK (their SP not great either!) and Bell looks to have such a great product that once Tek sold down their holding, I started buying here.

Absolutely can't believe this peaked at 150, then saw it level out at around 80 then 50, but to have a significant placing at 2 is hard to even fathom. Heads have rolled and rightly so. Am so utterly sick and tired of BoDs on AIM using these companies as a gravy train at our (the PIs) expense. The truly should be ashamed of themselves.

Bell still has a great product, this SP is insanely low. I'll add more, however my faith for the time being has been severely shaken so until we see sales, I'll only be adding a bit.

At least the remaining BoD appear to be buying into the raise somewhat. Yet another one for the bottom draw after showing so much promise.

Urgh.

Market cap ten million. IP value over a billion. I remember this being priced over a pound back in the day when they were tipped to treat lupus? We could see that again - as unimaginable as that is in this current aim 'market'!

Getting the official go ahead for Perdevlei would be absolutely mahoosive news.

I'll be digging around the back of the sofa if it hits because IMO anything under 4 or 5p per share will prove a genuine bargain in a few years time.

Kazera has gone from being the typical AIM horror story to an absolute rarity - I am already very grateful indeed to the BoD.

One year one, still waiting for a prosecution to commence. Someone belongs in prison for this unholy scam. Probably nothing will happen though, as it's only us little PI's who lost.

Yes Mr Cautious, the current BoD deserve HUGE credit for this immense turnaround story.

I had 30k worth that at one point was worth 300 quid. It now appears i'll recoup all my losses and may very well end up in profit after all these years.
