Thing with Avacta's 'precision' is the drug involved is already approved. Precision is the delivery system, and they've just confirmed they can use it to put double the drug (doxirubicin) into tumors without the usual toxic side effects of chemo. It's massive. Billions have been paid by big pharma for less. Plus the company has a few other notable strings to their bow.

Worth a bit of DYOR IMO, the only people trying to belittle the RNS are jealous or want in lower. Surely it's sthhg for humanity to celebrate whether you're in or out anyway!

He might just be excited about the content of the latest RNS. Let's face it, the potential here now is very, very, very exciting indeed!

Phew. Didn't want the hassle and wasn't even sure my broker would have enabled me to do what was needed to maintain my holding. With this new acquisition and keeping the AIM listing, hope is rekindled!

Have always backed S&S, but I think we should vote them out.

The reasons to get rid of them are very strong, based on all the evidence. The only reason not to vote them out is that the new guys are a bit of an unknown. I've got nearly 50k invested here but am willing to take a chance on the unknowns! That's how low my view of S&S has sunk.

Their desperation to cling onto their roles hasn't extended to offering to take significant pay cuts and the £4m bribe is simply reckless.

VERY impressive appointment. Big things coming, that's for sure. If I had to recommend one share on AIM right now (not that I ever would ;-), this would be it.

Extremely exciting next couple of years ahead. TEK should become a chunk of my pension fund.

Looks like I'll be getting around 4k in a divi if they are true to their word? Anyway, at least they're being made to explain themselves and should be more eager than ever to do right by shareholders following this requisition request. And if they lose the vote at least costs will be slashed.

The SP has crashed already in the last few days, so it's clear people knew what was coming. Nothing ever gets investigated on AIM. English sheeple assume their country can't be that corrupt so they get away with it. Believe me, England is rotten to the core. Anything the establishment is involved in from AIM to the EPL it's all a joke.

Well Align are also heavily invested in IRON and they are giving the company absolute hell at the moment. Don't assume just cos they hold they're gonna be all rainbows and unicorns. They want a profit not a loss just like the rest of us.

I think one reason for no hard figures re the order is they are currently in negotiation for a number of other potential B2B deals.

IPO for Salarius very exciting. That just leaves Guident without near term plans for floatation - and that one might be the most valuable of all these hugely disruptive projects.

Great price now considering some were moaning about the discount on the recent raise at 28p.

Must admit Tek timed that recent placing to perfection. We were miffed at 28p but imagine trying to raise in this market now while the SP continues to tank for no reason.

Under 20p an absolute bargain IMO. Too bad I already blew my cash on AGL which has since tanked too!!

Great to see the board rallying against the overdone drop. That update just what we needed if only for our sanity.

So the biggest RNS that AIM has seen all year and it can barely hold the SP above the level of previous highs.

The market cannot be THIS stupid. So it is surely being held down so that big buy orders can be filled for the scales ones.

My advice is take advantage, because one they've accumulated enough, it will be allowed to fly. Plenty of news to come here and all of it good. This is a game changer in a massive industry. It will see £1bm mcap as an absolute minimum but obviously should go higher in time and will also be a genuine takeover target.

Anything below 150 is a bargain IMO.

re your question, maybe they're holding off til FDA approval because they expect to be bought out soon after it happens, so no point getting things going that a parent company will want to change once they takeover?

Just a theory. Surely this will be a takeover target upon approval. Safer and easier to use than viagra plus it's OTC too. Truly sitting on a pharma goldmine here.

Minimal dilution at only slight discount to ensure two of their core projects are in strongest possible position for their respective IPOs.

Main focus is to build inventory to match demand! (along with Guident tech enhancement).

The SP been wobbly since results. This placing should remove any obstacles for the next rise. I can see it breaking past the previous high of 37p once it clears. Sold a few at 35 in anticipation of this, will certainly be adding if it dips back to 25!

I honestly expected a slight raise at 28p like last time, but this market is brutal so even 25p shows what a strong position they are in now.

Looking very good. What a bargain for £250k; net NPV 10 of £776m.

Hopefully they'll be able to do sthg with this 'windfall' (a happy by-product of the Victory deal which certainly looks in the bag now) in the not too distant future. Helps pad out the portfolio beyond WN too just in case that particulr jewel doesn't deliver as expected.

S&S appear to be on a roll this year! Good stuff.
