Yet more positive news and confirmed a lot more to come. All linked to making money soon too which is what the market likes most.
Time to finally lay Kennedy to rest. Kazera is a different proposition entirely and the SP will soon start reflecting this all being well.

Another find by Owen McCaffrey on twitter to whet your appetites;
One of Oxford BioTherapeutics 17 followers on twitter (they've just joined it) is a company called 'pre-IPO Pharma'. Check them both out on there.
The plot thickens... Very exciting if OBT (tho they'll need a new ticker as that one's already taken) is the RTO company IMO.
GLA.
Good stuff HSD cheers.
Picked this out:
"A deferred tax asset is recognized only to the extent that it is probable that future taxable profits will be available against which the temporary difference can be utilized." Let's hope the new company benefits from this by making 'future taxable profits'!
This deferred tax asset of $18m is thanks to a $128.9m cumulative net operating loss - I wonder if Lumsden will be rewarded for such an outstanding achievement in the RTO deal?
GLA. Have a feeling news will be soon, but it doesn't matter when it lands as long as it lands and there's not much point arguing the toss in the meantime as it'll be a case of 'you'll get what you're given' - tho of course it would be nice if we were given something of real value, goodness knows LTHs have earned it here!
Didn't realise that about the tax credits having to be in the US, thanks for pointing that out 6th. So yes, I'd say that's significant as the tax credits are surely a big reason why a company would take over Motif's listing.
Dunno if anyone here has already posted this find by Owen as per twitter:

Have done a bit of digging and if this is indeed the company then it looks VERY promising...
Fingers crossed, all will be revealed soon am sure.

The yanks will absolutely lap up the massive near term potential of Tek. Am sure this move is also motivated by the sheer rubbishness of AIM with it being dominated by the herd and at the whim of the MMs.
Somebody should start a Tek thread on reddit haha
People saying our shares will be worth less than before are forgetting they will now be in a company at the start of its listing with a large and exciting runway ahead, rather than the burned out wreckage of lumsden's old kamikaze jet.
We also obviously all have the option to 'average down' and wait it out until company news drives the SP upwards. Gotta be in it to win it and the alternative was being delisted so anyone moaning about today's update, well, no comment...!

In said lucky bag is 'a UK-based ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) discovery and development company, which uses front-line clinical experience to develop next generation therapeutics for the treatment of various cancers.'
Seems there's been an extension until everything is sorted. Sound.

Agreed Scorpio, truly mind boggling how this is red today. Makes some want to give up and I guess that's what it's about. Great opportunity for newbies to get in here, but then AIM is the wild west, so like u say WTFDWK.

Patience indeed. The drop from 21 to 16 will test some, but this year really could be one big inflection point here and as we've seen it goes up just as easily as it goes down..!
GLA. Hold tight.
A nice way to raise a little seed money without diluting too much / placing here. Also gives a really good lowdown on the project:

The 'salt me' crisps (or potato chips) are also getting excellent reviews on amazon.
This all really bodes well. I try to avoid having 'favourites' among my holdings but sometimes catch myself daydreaming of where the SP might be in 2-3 yrs time, with the odd special dividend along the way...

This whole mess begs the question, who on Earth would be desperate enough to sign a deal with EHGOSF, the growth killer fund?!?
Diluted the hell out of the company from the off just to make a few quid, totally ignoring the agreed 'floor' in the share price. Then as soon as the tap's finally turned off once the co is getting up on its own two feet after lots of hard work (surely the whole point of a 'high growth fund'), the kill growth fund immediately renege on a deal made in principal and actually try to kill the co off completely with a lawsuit just to squeeze the last few possible pennies out of them!
Shameless. The kill fund is registered in luxembourg but run by london mob outfit 'Alpha Ocean Blue'. Their twitter account has been suspended (read into that what you will) but give them a google and you can email them directly should you have anything to get off your chests!
Usual nonsense probably. A big player sees the news and tells the MMs to fill a massive order for them on a limit order. Saw some shenanigans the other day with a drop from 36 to 27 in a flash, stopping out a bunch of stop losses along the way.
AIM is the wild west, the MMs can almost make the price up as they go along sometimes. Seen it often. The important thing is the news is great and the potential is both huge and near term. If you're holding already, try not to let the daily fluctuations bother you. If you're looking to buy, today's red is an opportunity.

This reminds me a bit of IKA. I seemed to be the only one tweeting about it for years, then suddenly it's in vogue and everyone is jumping in. That can happen here too.
Eden has disruptive 'tech' in what will be a 'hot sector'. Solid long term hold, just requires patience which is of course the problem.
GLA.
get to 5p and i'll never complain about anything again! :-P
Let us pray!
Price still going up, glad I kept some. Crazy. Some big players seeing serious value in this evidently.
GLA!
"...mass market commercialisation is dependent on further technical development and successful manufacturing scale-up."
Mcap went up to £360m. Am sure this company will be worth that and possibly far more over the next few years but the SP has seriously rocketed so fair play to the company for commenting. I guess they had to either way to protect buyers and had they had something up their sleeve like a possible takeover then that would've protected potential sellers too.
Such an interesting share to be in, a wild ride this has been the last week or so!!!
