That's quoting a price to one hundred thousandth of a penny - hard to believe!

Interesting that FIG are looking for a new hire - they don't have a lot of people and often rely on the HMG for advice (eg the British Geol Survey). When & if Sea lion starts up it'll bring a whole raft of unplanned issues affecting any Government - and in the FI it could be overwhelming. I can remember hearing someone saying that Cyprus had to change over 100 pieces of legislation when they started to licence the deep water about 4 years ago - they had to ask the Eu for assistance it was such a big job as they had to trawl through EVERY law and rule to see if it needed altering /adapting.

No one has a clue what they'll be in 12 months time - you either believe that ANGS can control their costs to make a profit or not. Given the field is a restart risks are lower than straight exploration (eg Balcombe). I think they'll make money - but not a lot

Some people bought all the way down - not all the rampers but I'm sure some believe in "averaging down" etc - plus you have large amounts of shares in Tellurian, Cannacord and YA hands .

If the shares go up by a massive (sic) tenth of a penny a lot of the day traders will sell making , before fees, a tenth of a penny or so. This is still a 5% gain - they can con themselves and their buddies that they are the latest Wolf of Wall Street but it's still a profit . Every increase brings more of these shares into profit - so people will sell , pushing the price down again.

I don't think this is pump and dump as there is nothing from the BoD, or Lenigas or even some of the less salubrious major "experts" we all know infest social media.

There's just an infinity of points where a couple of hundred million shares are ready to flood in - without a really good, sold, positive update and plan this will just gutter along for years.

there are NO short traders on here - no-one has ever managed to show there are - one or two people did spread betting a year or so back

My problem is that IF and its a big if , the price suddenly went to 0.4 p there are billions of shares sitting out there that will gave a trading profit - maybe double your money . Those shares (excepting 10pTymers who will of course not sell a single one) will be dumped very quickly (and I don't blame anyone who can show a profit on this share. and we'll be back around 0.18 - 0.20 in a day or so :(((

If you hold your shares through a nominee account )Barclays, Hargreaves etc etc ) the company do not contact you directly as you're not holding the shares . It;s up to you to watch your investment and then, in this case, ask either the broker or the Company for the voting forms. They make it as hard as possible as the BoD can see 82% oft he shares held by nominees - who will not attend nor ask questions and, if they do vote, will back the BoD unless some activist investor really stirs them up. Its the same as the fact the company don't send out Annual Reports to everyone - if they had to he cost (with a billion billion shares out there ) would be enormous.

I hope SS has some solid news on Wednesday - I have a feeling that any really hard questions will be deflected as " not relevant to this meeting"

"Only questions in relation to the resolutions or business of the Annual General Meeting will be considered." means nothing about bonuses, nothing about the share price and nothing about the CPR - but you can ask questions about the Auditors.

and with 82% of the votes in nominees hands you can't see any upsets happening

Checking the website to see if there are any more details of the AGM and I noticed the last corporate presentation is November 2018.

The shares were around 1.90 at that point - so we've lost 90% of the value since then - (more with the enormous dilution of course)

yeah Stroller - tellurian are based in Texas, they have no investments other than UKOG here, they never bothered with notifications when they WERE here - so what is anyone going to do about it? This is AIM of course - home of rigorous enforcement of the rules............
