Every oil company is currently banging the alternative energy drum Ocelot - hell -even UKOG mentioned it over a year ago. It's required - like having shale gas 10 years ago (remember Balcombe??). None of those schemes ever worked and I doubt any of the ones being talked about onshore UK will either.

Partly its unproven technology, secondly it will be VERY expensive and thirdly the same NIMBYS will be out in force - it's not that they want GREEN energy - they want NO energy developed in their back yards

Only completed a week or so ago - I doubt the OGA have received the deviation survey yet and if they have I doubt its a priority to update the website. I heard they're all working from home pretty much anyway

ALL CPR's are done that way - which is why, as resource, they've lost a lot of credibility over the last 10 years. They only need to do a new CPR if there is new information - since there has been no new production and no new wells the information base still the same and the same guys will probably come to the same conclusions on resources in the ground.

What has changed is the gas price, the start date and the contract. These are important but probably only move the cash flow around timing wise.

I'm not sure the loan would be incorporated into the new CPR as that would be deemed "Corporate". Any lender will be running corporate numbers not just field numbers (but they'll take their own view on the technical data and resources anyway)

I've thought of plugging some numbers into a spread sheet but TBH I can't see that it would change the clear conclusion that it costs more, and we're paying someone for the extra cash so us PI's will get less

What upsets me is that almost a year after they completed drilling HH2z, which was meant to add 600-1000 bopd according to UKOG) we still haven't had a definite explanation about what they found and what it is doing. No solid numbers , no pretty diagrams, no explanations. Even at Broadford Bridge we got an explanation.

I've given u p on the idea that they'll ever produce a new CPR or give us production guidance
