The issue is probably that a CPR is as close as you'll get to a legal document on reserves. For some reason UJO management decided not to proceed with it - even though they'll have spent over £ 100k on it so far.

There can only be one reasonable assumption - they didn't like it

After several months work by GCA - no doubt after UJO saw the resultant draft CPR and couldn't get one they could publish.

regretfully AIM rules say a CPR has as shelf life of 6 months - so they clearly expect them to be produced in less time than that

I have never, in over 25 years investing in small oilers, heard of a CPR that took as long as this.

Depends on the exact problem and how long it takes to fix it - it may mean the field has to be shut-in for a few days until it is fixed. Emphasises the need to acquire a second income stream ASAP

Normally it's b) but it depends on the state of his medication - the Mods let him run for quite a while as "gideons" as long as he kept it under control (eg not as crazy as HH1&2 or InvestorInvestor etc)

People like GCA can value the whole of the Norwegian assets of a large, major oil company in less than 3 months - so why the delay here?

yes - you're a fool - or rather very optimistic.

There is no need to pour more petrol on to the FI/Malvinas claims - it's pretty quiet right now. The Israeli Govt in the recent past has offered Argentina strike aircraft and fighters - the only reason they didn't turn up was that the Argies couldn't afford them. As blueprint said Navitas are a public company , not an arm of the State.
