I'm baffled - I just can't see any reason why the SP should be so far down. Sure there is tax to pay but it's a reasonable punt as even if nothing happens the only way CA will get their cash out is either a sale or by paying dividends - which is good for everyone. There is a risk but it's obvious. Right now it seems like a reasonable punt at these prices

Frankly I'm amazed - a few days before GL rides through SFB in triumph and the price isn't going anywhere - and we're at a very significant discount to the 1.5 offered by SOU a few months back.

Until the sale goes through they own 49.99% The buyer is buying Corallian to get Victory. Reabold helped out by buying the rest of the Corallian acreage (pretty drossy) for £ 250k. Once the sale goes through RR will not own any of Victory. They are unlikely to be trying to farm Victory when they won't own any of it

Note the Corallain website hasn't been updated and all the "news" and Rns sections have been removed - they're dead

Sorry - they're out of Victory - COrallian were bought out last month and Reabold sold their sahres in Corallian but bought all hte NON-Victory assets
