Shell have done no geotechnical or RE work on this - they've simply signed an agreement for a tiny amount (to them) of gas IF ANGS can provide it . It'll be a bog standard, off the shelf Agreement - like going to Hertz to hire a car... they check you driving licence and your credit card - that's all
