They still have to be specified by the Operator - it all has to fir together - even if you have off the shelf items that has to be fed into the FEED as it affects the flow rates, connections, costs, maintenance schedules etc. Very few offshore fields anywhere are brought onto production in less than 3 years from a completed FEED - never mind one in a new province
