The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
@Tom.. you are welcome - YES and NO. Why don't you try, it would be great to hear from Valkor ahead of the Tomco AGM.
@Fadec92 - Any chance of posting these emails whilst I still await a reply?
@Vauch - Please post your Valkor due diligence.
@ Joe - Zzzzzzz
@Joe.. I would be delighted to hear your case for Valkor.
"Valkor is a large respectable engineering company run by a very successful businessman in Texas "
Where are you getting your information to make you state this? Please let us all know.
@TomD.. - Welcome to the TOM board, interesting name you have.
@oilbethere's post is a decent summary, although I am not entirely sure how he has determined the SP predictions. If he is correct then that will enable the 705 million 0.9p warrants to be exercised providing decent cash for Tomco along with the share dilution. I would refer you to my post of a few weeks back in which I came up with an option how TOM would raise its part of the $126 million to sanction the project. My big uncertainty is how its JV partner, Valkor will do the same. During the successful POSP trials Petroteq provided the plant, TOM provided the cash to modify and run it, and Valkor provided engineering and operating services. I doubt this arrangement will work for the 5k plant from Tomco's perspective (too much financial risk). Many people on this board are confident with Valkor yet it is very difficult to find out much about them. Their website is out of date as far as this project is concerned, and there is nothing in terms of cash value of the current projects they have or are undertaking. Since you are new to this board might I suggest that you look deeper into Valkor, even email them. Be prepared to be sledged here though if you say anything against Valkor lol.
Finally TOM will be having its AGM in London next month. It would be great if someone can attend and seek assurances from the Tomco BOD of their total support for Valkor, that would put this issue to bed.
We all await a positive due diligence report on the Utah oil sands in question together with the intent to purchase. As @Oilbethere has stated (as well as myself) that will be the next step for funding options to be developed.
Good luck, do your own research (DYOR) and be weary of posters on this board who state things without foundation. There are some decent people on here but plenty of thorns around the roses. ATB Minimil.
@starchild - i think you forget that after Leo Koot being on you tube videos singing the praises of this drill he did not stay until the end. He was allowed to sell almost $800k worth of shares around 2p by my recollection. Biggest mistake most investors here did was not following him. I am surprised that the UK FCA will not be looking into this given SP did one as well and left the reigns to the small boy who has gone very quiet of late.
We were promised 2000-2500 bbl/d production by year end. That's how the current lot will be judged.
PS less of your sermons btw - you are now a joke.
@blackwash - based on what you said would you mind sending the idiot your research on Valkor (specifically the stuff that made you decide to invest) apart from a weblink that says very little about the company. Like the rest of the village here I guess you don't have any, but would be more than happy to be proved wrong.
@xNoz - Given that those people who have been double vaccinated are all out playing together again - mostly now in UK and other majority double vaccinated countries. Also given the top scientists state that despite the vaccination you can still carry and transfer a Covi-19 variant. Would that not imply that any LFT test on random individuals would be positive? Why waste your money buying an airline ticket when you could be stopped at the LFT test gate?? If testing is to succeed it implies the vaccines have failed and politically that will not be allowed to happen. Avacta should focus on its cancer treatments and use the money on that rather than waste it on the mid- summer nights dream.
@Greypanther - Been with EOG a while. Thanks for clarification on the council. I did in fact write to them objecting to their objection of the planning permission and supporting the appeal. Damn shame Edgon are taking forever to produce oil from it.
@QPulse- Fair. But when you are asking if they are a bona fide company or 1 or 2 blokes working from their garden shed it's likely to pass them off. I've drafted the email will send tomorrow. I'm not expecting a reply but who knows...
@Soulac.. Dear Valkor, Please will you advise interested parties on the LSE board how you will contribute to the Greenfield project along with your JV partner Tomco Given that you have only supplied labor compared with TOMs $$$$$$$$ ..etcetc Are you expecting to TOM to provide the full funding?
More than happy to send something along those lines. Anyone else want to add something and I will include. Would be interesting to get a reply.
@Star - you also missed out the Court shenanigans. But the insult for me was I suspect Leo Koot new the drill was not going to plan and was allowed to bale out. It was a big gamble for many of us and it did not come off so we take it on the chin and move on. Again though for the BOD to say the drill was fully funded and now they are in dispute for cost overruns opens up wounds which are trying to heal.
I would not touch any of them with a barge pole - not because of the respective BOD's whose integrity is very questionable (especially ANGS) but for the long winded process of getting planning permission. Look how long it has taken Wressle with Lincoln council. We now see EOG dipping their toes in UK onshore Geo-thermal projects - have they not learned anything yet?
Assuming Wressle will eventually flow soon following the Well treatments, focus should be on maintaining Wressle, and the Morocco farm out. Irish are still too wrapped up in their Green agenda until the lights start to go out.
@Parmxz - are you another that does not get it? I merely ask those posters who sing the Valkor tune to come up with some facts about the company to support what they say, and in the same process shut me up.
I've tried searching the web about them and can find very little. You do realise that TOM put most of the money up for the POSP repair/upgrade work??? Anyway it will not be long now before the DD is completed on the land and if positive "Greenfield" will have to go and purchase it either before the end of this year or pay and extra million and defer until end of the next year. In either case Valkor will have to dip into its pockets/and or come up with a grand scheme loan. Keyboard warrior? Not me my friend, I leave that to the handful of recent posters on this board with their vitriolic comments, who appear to have mental issues, with the infant clearly embedded into their adult persona.
I will keep trying to find out more about Valkor and would politely suggest anyone invested here to do the same.
Finally, if I am a deramper please read my previous assessment indicating 5p SP. Sorry if you were all expecting 20p ;)
@DP.. the North East? Explains everything...
@Vauch - No, or even the the Sergeant one from Dad's army.
@ Torre.. - Usually done when you can't come up with anything.. - I never filter anyone (free speech etc)
@ Reg - nothing to do with the drop for me - just have some concerns with the JV partner Valkor which have upset a few people. Only thing I have found to date is that their annual turnover in 2019 was $5million. Perhaps the Valkor corner can come up with something more?
