Man 3 girlies who need to grow a pair.. Must be great sending insults from the comfort of your keyboards. You all probably never had a fight in the school playground.
You best retreat back to the ADVFN board where you can continue to post most of your tripe and play with your dolls..
@Torre.. for your information
"Following completion of the acquisition of the initial 10%, Greenfield will then have an exclusive option, at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration of US$15.25 million, if acquired on or before 31 December 2021, or US$16.25 million if acquired between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022."
I assume they would want to get the project up an running asap and avoid paying an extra $1 million for the land?
@Torre.. - Confident in TOM but not same with Valkor. My eyes are on the DD for the land atm so Valkor can wait. Sooner or later though they have to come up with their share of the cash. I look forward to hearing from all parties how they will fund the $126 million required. IMO there will be no funding until a successful DD on the land is completed as I have previously stated. (I would not lend money until that is done).
So as for selling up? It would be premature ahead of the DD. Assuming a positive DD then Greenfield/Valkor/TOM have to come up with $16million in the next few months between them to pay for the land. If Valkor then come up with its share then I definitely would have more confidence in them coming up with the remainder to build to 5000 bbl/day plant. I trust I have answered your question, and you accept that I am not de-ramping. I take notice of posters who back their statements with proof. In Valkor's case I have not seen it.
@Joe - "Valkor are a very successful Texas-based engineering private company run by Stephen Byle. "
Any chance of coming up with some proof of this? Their website has some nice pics and words, but no substance. I want to try an ensure my investment is worthwhile. I am yet to see this from Valkor (last year's annual report would be helpful) TOM put most of the money in on this via their placings. What did Valkor put in apart from hiring out some labour for a few months?? I really would love to know if you are privvy to such information and happy release it given your steadfast support for the JV partner.
Nothing in their that we do not know already from RNS and the Petro tweets.
Nice to see the small rise today.
My next thoughts..
1. Due Diligence on the oil sand acreage
2. How much cash are Valkor bringing to the Greenfield JV (the Valkor website says very little about them and nothing in terms of their cash contribution to this project)
3. The PI guy talks about TOMCO but any competent person would have surely done his research on the JV partner?? Why no mention.??
4. Quadrise is good that they received the samples, and no doubt I expect the lab results to be positive, but they have no money to bring to the party.
5. Read the RNS's and don't get carried away with the dream merchants.
I am invested in TOM and have my target SP based on the info I provided last week - please read and offer your thoughts. I will reply if there is a serious challenge.
Rampady pampers and opposite best go to another board. (or you will risk showing who you really are)
@Mrbob.. finccrap my opinion.
Wressle is far more important to generate the revenue to stop this company bleeding to death from the salaries that are taken out of it with no deliverables. Huw Mc did well before it was realized he was full of it. The current Irish government still pander to the EU so there is little chance that the HC reserves that are badly needed will be exploited any time soon.
Morocco farm out was nice news to hear this morning but 6.7p c'mon. It's Wressle that is needed first, but those guys (EOG BOD) sat in their gardens doing F all really need to be more proactive to justify the money they are taking out of the pot.
My estimate is that the coil tube clean up will take 2 weeks assuming they have the equipment mobilization in place. Useless planning if they have not done so. So I would expect some production flow RNS from 20 August. This is key to all parties involved so I guess they are taking their time to ensure no FUs.
We await the next Major - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seszYmD2qb0
@JoeYangtze - I would love to believe you but without the news to support it...well err..?
I am sure any perceptive lender(s) would want to have some solid collateral i.e. for instance - The land in question contains enough product to process commercially (DD should address this); the plant will be built within budget and time frame; customer contracts in place to sell the oil and cleaned up sand. I am sure this is all going on behind the scenes . Like many I await the news on the DD progress and funding from the company itself via the RNS platform, not your word without foundation - no offense intended.
