Vauch, I have not included any additional profit from a collaboration with Quadrise. Let's get the main plant going first but before that we need the pilot plant trials to be successful. Revised FEED, cost est, and schedule will follow. I have based my numbers on 10,000 bbl/d for 350 days per year minus 5% royalties and 50/50 split of profits.

Assuming the trials go well and they can make $15 gross profit per bbl, we are looking at not far off 20MM GBP/y. 3.5x diluted MC. Plant ready in just over 12 months and site almost in the bag... I am more than happy to risk a few quid here.

Either way if the CEO deadlines are missed the SP will drop. Because of the Director sell there will be no news this week so it will drift until the bargain hunters come back in.

SC - so far we have only a level 1 schedule of how BPC will obtain revenue from the CERP merger assets as you have stated below. We need to see a few RNSs which take this plan to a level 2/3 schedule detailing what and when they have to do the tasks necessary with quarterly updates on progress. Only then will we see the SP reflect the progress or lack of it. I certainly would like to see some these pre-spud of P-1, so that I can assess how much of my holdings stay with the drill.
