There is ramping and just looking at the potential numbers.
10,000 bbl/d, 5% royalties and 50% to Tomco equates to 4,750 bbl/d. Let's assume a conservative 335 days of operation and POO is $55 and cost to produce are $25.
Profit from operations is $39.8 MM!
With that return I am sure there will be plenty of institutions willing to lend money to build the 10k plant.
This all of course requires continued good news from the POSP trials. However way you look at it the numbers are staggering.
Based on profit alone, the 700k warrants, and another 50% share dilution an SP of around 10p is not out of the question.
I eagerly await the final FEED report.
