Not really Wressle is unfortunately the one trick pony and as previously mentioned the BODS inflated salaries/bonus’s leave little in the pot for shareholders.
If you had £5 million in your pocket would you pay for this + the extra to get rid of the current scumbags?
Been a while since I last posted but I like many long term holders am subject again to the greed of the current BOD. Granted I supported SO with the recent drill failure but when you know he had very little to lose but share hoders witnessed the sp fall from 3p+ to current levels you realise you (I) made a mistake in backing him. Wressle revenue is only now to fund the high expenses of running this outfit.
If anyone of these mothers would buy a 100k worth of shares each I would have more faith. Seriously thinking of cutting my losses and going into Bitcoin. Cannot wait for Ryan to die or directors buying shares.
If anyone does go and have a pint with our BOD ask them whenor why they don’t reward shareholders with the direct profits from wressle in the form of a dividend instead of just rewards for themselves in the form of higher salaries and bonuses. I am all for rewards for directors but it should be share price performance related. With current sp levels they all deserve FA.
Good to see the Director buying a million shares, well done. However, "further value to shareholders...." should mean exactly that! Not lining the pockets of the likes of Oddie with over inflated salaries and bonus's.
Trim this company down to be lean and mean and expand when gas farm out occurs. Dividends from Wressle profits to all shareholders please.
Itsawrap - you have not factored in that the costs of running this outfit have jumped out of proportion due to the BOD lining their pockets with the proceeds from Wressle. Remember before the proppant squeeze they could run this company on a shoe string. Look at the share holding of the CEO. Speaks volumes.
Any leaks from this lot regarding funding would have provided a much higher rise. My guess is that Stan and Olly will just announce another extension with little to say about how near or far they are away from achieving the funding required to execute the project. If they had read my proposals a few years back the plant would have been built by now. Pair of clowns.
Sorry to see you go T. Hopefully your next ventures will be more successful. Try a punt at daisy.global. Their I told you so event starts today in Dubai. Their forex trading has increased by 4% per week since last April.
MB - nice post ticked it up. One thing though as I have previously mentioned. The costs of running EOG need significant reduction. It starts with with the BOD stop creaming off the profits into their back pockets. Reduction in head count.
Not really convinced. Wressle just keeps the running of the company which has exploded since the days before the proppant squeeze. We have a very greedy BOD that don't give a **** about share holders and this is reflected in their own holdings. 75% down since SO's failed gamble on Serenity (we should by 4p+ if he had not bothered). The company needs slimming down to reduce costs and increase profits. The latter of which should be distributed as dividends. We can be Rip Van Winkel until something happens in Ireland to wake them up. GLA
Unfortunately we have Laurel and Hardy at the helm. Look up their linkin credentials. No pedigree apart from the guy they brought in to obtain the financial deals. No wonder Steve B can’t take them seriously.
Need to get rid of existing BOD for this to happen. Remember the days of the FEED report? Progress has been at a snails pace accompanied by more share dilution and the same with updates. Larel and Hardy come to mind with these two.
Hi Tovoc,
To supply a 1000MW power generation plant would require c. 180 mmscfd of gas.
A gas sales contract would normally done in pence per therm - so number of therms required for above per day would be 1.8 million. Current cost of gas is around 200p per therm.
Depending on the sales gas contract they may agree a fixed price/per therm irrespective of the variation in the wholesale gas price.
It would be a great time to be selling gas now for EOG but alas we still have to wait for the idiot Ryan to disappear.
Agree MTFW - BOD need to show some commitment by purchasing a few million shares each and not lining their pockets with the revenues from Wressle. Will be a slow burner unless Ireland decides to wake up and we get the farm in/out.
