However, and with all due respect, if you ask anyone who is online right now and connected to this board at this moment, it is not the news they are waiting to hear. They are all waiting for absolutely, 100%, new news, issued right now. Not information published several days ago. Otherwise, they would not be logged in right now.

The worst thing that could possibly happen is that there is no announcement concerning Empyrean and it doesn't increase in value. Even if there is no announcement, If Conrad increases in value then so will Empyrean.

We are currently somewhere around the speculation and discovery phase of the Lassonde Curve. The seems likely to change quickly in the very near future, as we move more fully into the discovery phase. It will a time of high excitement among ST speculators so the sp is likely to shoot up. That is usually followed by an orphan period when the costs of mining, extraction, processing, distribution and fund raising to pay for it all, impact on sentiment. St speculators cash in causing the sp to fall. That might not be as severe in the case of LMS because they are self funding

The real benefits to shareholders come when the mine is operational and major investors get involved.

The process of the mining cycle is well known. The concept is described and illustrated by the Lassonde Curve, named after Pierre Lassonde. A well known figure in the mining industry.

If, like me you have been wondering why the number of Empyrean shares held by Nortrust Nominees have been regularly going up and down like a tart's knickers, I think I've worked out the reason. Norcross are a holding company for their clients' shares so have no personal interest in Empyrean. The number of shares they hold vary according to their clients' activities. On occasion Norcross have held very few Empyrean shares and on other occasions quite a lot.

There is no pattern and nothing that can be obviously connected to what Empyrean is doing at any one time.

I looked into it to set my own mind at rest. I'm sharing the info in case anyone else is interested, or might want to investigate further.
