However, I have many years experience in UK contract law and am familiar with the concept of disclaimers. I take disclaimers to mean what they say.

In this case that there is still the possibility of uncertainty, even if the company might be fairly sure of their main message. That they have discovered what they believe is a massive deposit of high grade titanium. That is why I'm invested in EEE.

I'm not trying to be alarmist. I've committed to much into EEE for that, but the statement I just quoted is repeated twice in today's presentation regarding Pitfield. In page 8 also in page 9. It can only refer to the Pitfield project.

Despite the fact that the future of Pitfield looks very promising, what the small print tells us is that EEE is hedging its bets and is still a little away from being able to give us 100% assurances of the outcome. Perhaps the MRE will enable them to do that.

The presentation incudes the following in the small print:

insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will

They haven't found gold. Not yet anyway. All they've got so far are some mineral samples that an analysis might indicate there could be gold down there, somewhere. We can only wait and hope.

Up until last year there were only two dividends a year. Last year they paid a special dividend of 9.524p, XD 28th Nov, that was paid on 20th Dec, making three dividend payments in 2024. They might repeat the December dividend payment this year. Make sure you max out your holdings if they announce it.
