Pboo, when you buy a company you run it how you like and do what you like with its assets. Owners who don't want this vote against, but you need to buy shares to vote. You must be aware that a major shareholder will have the ears of the BoD, if he wishes.

No way, JB! Agree with itsaw's reasons, but also I consider it undervalued in relation to Wressle revenue alone. I have sliced for less but don't expect to sell out u£1. I would vote against.

I take the view that as a large established petroleum producer HEYCO will run Wressle efficiently and maximise production and profit. It appears that the ratio of gas to oil at Wressle increases with increased overall flow.

A collection of comments seems dedicated to ignoring the elephant: that HEYCO can afford to buy ujo out at current mcap. Although tbf I know of no evidence they will.

Taver, & I hope they have the resources to connect the gas for revenue.

Look at the balance sheet, income, assets, liabilities. Compare to the mcap & sp. At this point you should make your own judgement. You might look at the huge string of bashers and rampers on this bb (&hold your head). There might be a serious shorting issue, but they can't forever. What is it? Up to you chaps. No worries personally.

Itsaw, the last placing wasn't needed, WITH HINDSIGHT. A regular flow of water-free cash was not guaranteed then. (In fact unscrupulous posters still try to cast doubt on it.) I agree we should not enlarge (or reduce) our WN share. Real buybacks, featuring cancellation, would help to return to the situation before the placing; however that is not quite happening.
