RE: Congratulations14 Jul 2021 15:18
Thinking back to March 2019, I got a really nice dividend from ezj, I think over 5%. Everything seemed averagely normal at the time, seems gorgeous with hindsight. Anyway, sp was around £10 at the time, and climbed to £15 in the next 11m until virus awareness dawned. I just can't see how the sp can be so high now with limited medium-term earning prospect and recent losses; when it was so low in the good days with no obvious approaching problem.
Anyone got a convincing explanation for this? I can't see myself buying back in for a long while, unless it falls a lot. For a year I have expected it to go lower, but it climbed: what do I know? Still, this is shares, what it's like.
