Sure, some holders would prefer the hard cash of divi.. However buyback gives you the option of further placing with no net dilution, in case we need a few $M for something down the line. Meantime we hold a bigger "share".

Damien, inclined to agree, so have bought a few more. The dilution of the placing was c.7%, and as you say not debt as such, so the drop is overdone imo. Recent small price increases at the bar don't appear to have reduced turnover, next published results should be interesting.

Hi Henry, 9t warns against the rampers and is right to do so, but bashers have been all over this too & have imo held it back. One of the rampers is easily spotted but there are others more subtle; bashers easier to spot (anywhere) as they make statements no real investor would.
