The NHS clearly states that any treatment or medicine that has been recommended by NICE must be made available to the public within three months of the publication date. This month we have been rolling out the tests to seven extra Hospitals in Manchester. What do you mean it could be 6-12 months before it’s authorised? Its s already been authorised by NICE.. They wouldn’t be rolling it out to more hospitals if it wasn’t approved.

That's the first I've heard that. This test has been trialled in NHS Hospitals in Manchester since 2018, March was the final appraisal. What is it conditional on?

There's an interesting article up on the NICE website, it talks bout funding. It says:

. The NHS is legally obliged to fund and resource medicines and treatments recommended by NICE's technology
appraisals.

. The NHS Constitution states that patients have the right to drugs and treatments that have been recommended by
NICE for use in the NHS, if their doctor believes they are clinically appropriate.

. When NICE recommends a treatment 'as an option', the NHS must make sure it is available within 3 months (unless
otherwise specified) of its date of publication. This means that, if a patient has a disease or condition and the doctor
responsible for their care thinks that the technology is the right treatment, it should be available for use, in line with
NICE's recommendations".

In the March RNS it says the test will be rolled out to 7 more Hospitals in Manchester from April, so the expansion is well under way as we speak. It also looks like there will be some sort of funding available from the NHS.

If they hear a lot of negative stuff about the company, that may put them off from investing. It might not have a direct impact on the SP, but it will if a lot of people are put off. The American market is also seeing almost pre-pandemic numbers returning to the screens, it's not just the UK market. Cinema industries across the globe are seeing almost pre-pandemic numbers returning. You seem to have great difficulty accepting that that is the case. Have you not been keeping up with the latest news around the cinema industry post covid, or do you have some other agenda going on? It really does look like the latter if you ask me.

They are not at pre-pandemic levels yet but they are not that far off. At last count, they were 16% lower than 2019 levels. With Super Marios breaking box office records around the world, and movies like John Wick, Avatar, and others doing well, they feel 2023 could be the year when it returns to pre-pandemic levels.

Poorinvestor - I might not be the brightest here, but I certainly know a bull……. when I see one. You claim you always announce the position you’re about to take before you make the trade, but we all know that’s a lie. I suppose when the next bounce happens you’ll claim again that you bought on the low and sold on the high. Your so transparent it’s actually quite funny listening to you making a fool of yourself. Like I said to poorinvestor yesterday, make an announcement before you make the trade not after, any clown can make up the crap he comes out with. He'd have to be wizard to be able to take the risks he has. When it was dropping, what in his head made him think it was going to bounce back up and when? It's easy to talk s... after the event.

After the GM things are looking even bleaker for shareholders. It's strongly looking like they will be cancelling the existing shares and issuing new ones. The best we can hope for is creditors reject the plans. May 26th will be Judgement day.

If you dont have a position, then you can't have an opinion, because you know nothing about the stock. You've got to research the company first, ask questions if need be, invest, then have an opinion, in that order. Why would you have an opinion on a stock that your not invested in? That's a waste of time. Your time is better spent having an opinion on a stock you are invested in.

I wouldn't say clueless people are still buying, more like the smart investors who understand the market more than me and you will ever know.
