Thanks Gkb, at least we know they’ll convert the remainder before March 22. It also says we can pay them early, but have to give them warrants totalling 50 percent of value repaid. It may well make good sense to do that now. Will save us 12 percent interest and and issuing double the amount of warrants in shares when they convert. Just glad this sort of finance is all behind us now. Clean credit only for us now!

Gkb, that probably means they will convert the rest before the 3 years are up. They would be mad not to given the current share price. On the positive side saving us 240,000 in interest on the 2M converted. What was the date of the original RNS?

It’s been a roller coaster week, some may say bitter sweet, some may say emotional, but not withstanding all of this have our fundamentals improved. Looking forward to June, is it fair to say the approximate operational earnings of £30M will translate to £40M with the increase in basket price which was approximately 15 percent alone from Dec to Jan. Add in 4M tonnes of copper production for second half equates to another £16M operational earnings add CO to this at the same cost to produce as copper and that’s another £12M operational earnings at the confirmed ratio. ( cost ratio is a pure guess, but assumed the same as copper.). That’s operational earnings of £98M allow for tax and central costs at a very rough PE of 12 gives 42p per share at a PE of 14 gives 49p per share. Fast forward 12 months and factor in 12kbTon of copper and the operational earnings increase to 164M equating to a share price after tax and central costs of 65p at a PE of 12 and 75p at a PE of 14. Fast forward another 12 to 18 months and factor in elephant (25kton of copper) and you get operational earnings of 255M per year. After tax and central coats at a PE of 12 equates to £1.01 and a PE rate of 14 is £1.25 per share. These are fag packet calculations but my point is- have the fundamentals just improved. We know there is a little more dilution to come from the loan notes, but will this be more than compensated by further metal price rises. These fundamentals include no addition of new projects at all. What will continued growth like the last year do for the numbers and fundamentals. Further growth and territories have been strongly hinted at! Where is all this going to end? In my retirement I believe!!!!

Well this truly is a vote of confidence indeed. The debt credit was very necessary and by very necessary I mean, this debtor/ investor has helped carry Jubes from 3p ish to 13p ish in quick smart time. Growth had to funded, Jubes was struggling at the time and had to get funding however. Putting this into context , Jubes has gone from loss making to an expected operational profit of circa £80M this year in quick smart time with a massive bump up expected next year and this could not be achieved in that time frame on thin air! This debt has played a massive part here and has helped Jubes establish itself and lay the foundation for massive future growth. If we could do it again with hindsight, would I slow it down and wait years and years- no! This transformation is going to see a rerate and very soon. This lender/ investor is starting to cash in their chips as no doubt per their game plan ready for their new investment vehicles! In exchange we have new blue chip investors who are ready to assist in the next leg of Jubes journey (13p- £1 plus), it’s out with the old and upward and onward with the new! The good news here, Jubes has transformed and as Leon has gone to great pains to tell us many times recently Jubes is now in a position to obtain clean credit, a great position to be in. The butterfly is just escaping it’s cocoon. Jubes is arriving! On top of this transformation we have just read a monster 6 month report promising lots of new future growth in lots of exciting places!! The future is here, lots of growth now materialising in profits, lots of growth planned and under construction. Lots of growth between the lines in the 6 monthly and all over the world. Leon is so excited about this, he can’t help but hint already. It’s all coming, it’s coming to us! Profits, more profits and continual growth. Jubes has it all. Did I like the debt when we took it on-no, am I now grateful for the debt- yes!. Has it set us on route to be a multi billion dollar global company- undoubtably in my opinion.

Just read RNS. Panicked firstly after Leon said no more share issues are needed and then one is reported. This is not really the company raising money, it’s conversion of a loan note and Birdy buying a new roller. The company has made money and institutions along with private investors are taking profits, only natural along the journey. The amazing point- all this is happening and the share price is still increasing slightly! Soon as we hit some clean air, no conversions or big sellers, the upward momentum will be regained. Just underlines how strong Jubes is now. Downside is they’ve still got $5.5M loan notes to clear at some stage. The really good news is no more expensive finance is needed going forward, once it’s gone it’s gone! Leon deserves some of his spoils. Was thinking we should all chip in and buy him a bottle of bolly to celebrate his success so far.

3CB, I’m here, been tied up all day( not literally!), just catching up with events. So much happening in one day! Massive churn- out with the old and onward and upward with the new! We are now at the entrance of re- rate city! Leon has just given us the keys. When a plan comes together, it really comes together. Leon really is the Hannibal of our A Team. He has just delivered everything we hoped for. This really is the foundation for a global empire and what really inspires me is Leon’s continual referral through the whole report to Jubes plan of geographical and global expansion. This was written by a man with great ambition, who is only at the beginning of his adventure. Jubes has the world at their feet now, it is all in Leon’s hands. It is no longer about mid cap ( that is now written in the stars!) it is about global dominance. The message is clear in the RNS mop up locally and then conquer the world! We are all raving, over the moon about what is happening now and Jubes is clearly going to multi bag many times this year, but look at the bigger picture and message given- GLOBAL!!!! There is clearly a lot brewing and developing, just can’t wIt to find out! Feel like I’m 10 years old on Christmas Eve!!!!! Come on Jubes!

From recent insight Chrome could be joining the party as well. Imagine a farm with a herd of cash cows. One called- PGM’s, one called copper, one called CO and one called chrome. This farm would be very well sought after. Plus lots of other baby cows like lead and vanadium! Amazingly not one of our cash cows has really had an impact on the accounts yet. The PGM cow will feature heavily for the first time in the up and coming half year accounts, with the rest still to come. So exciting!

Very interesting video, so much so I’m going to watch again. Think political risk will be more relevant to traditional underground miners. Think Jubes are more likely to get political assistance in their environmental clean up guise from governments. Think both Leon and Colin have referred many times to the support governments are offering and the relationships they are building. Governments need the clean up exercise as much, if not more than they need tax.

Sharky, yes I remember similar numbers, but like to think these were short term renewable agreements. Leon is as sharp as a razor!

Haha Sharky, need a bag as big as Ray’s abacus to keep all the cherries in! This plan Leon has hatched is well and truly coming together. If Chrome hardens to any degree all the forecasts will have to be notched up again, but with the sheer volume of chrome produced this is eye watering and may well give copper a run! The potential earnings from chrome are staggering.

Last few days around this price happy days. Most secure buy on the market, no ifs or buts. Chrome could really turn out to be a cherry on top of a massive pile of platinum and copper.The Jubilee express is about to leave the 13p region forever. Only days left, maybe hours! Few tickets left!

Just did a quick calculation for current year based on- 1st quarter confirmed operational earnings of PGM and Chrome earnings 15.17M. Added 10 percent to this for basket rise since then ( probably under estimating) for quarters 2,3 and 4. Assumed copper production of 1500 tonnes in quarter 3 and 3000 tonnes in quarter 4. Used a ratio of 7 to 1 for CO ( slightly less than RNS ratio ). Don’t know cost of copper from joint venture, but assuming this will offset with profit from Joint venture. Resulting in operational earnings well over 100M. I know the copper is really a stab in the dark at this stage, but I have not factored in any copper production for first 2 quarters to allow plenty of slack. Any one else come up with a number like this? Allowing for tax and a PE rate 12 ( miserly) gives a rough cap of 950M or 3.5 times current SP ( 45/46p ). Not an over ambitious PE and allowing no forward pricing or thinking, not to mention any new projects or further metal price increases on top of the 10 percent already achieved! Can’t wait for the 6 monthly update, either way 60M, 70M , 80M , 90M or 100M it is a staggering up tick and performance by Jubes forming a solid foundation for massive growth and development over the coming years and we haven’t even started to speculate on Tjate!! Or Elephant and the full effect of Roan! Kabwe either. Oh and Kitwe. I’ve asked the wife for a bigger abacus for my birthday!

Yes and forward looking over the next couple of years, I feel your decision to back JLP in favour of SLP may be handsomely rewarded indeed, just a tad later than you hoped for.
