Dorf, I feel the power of Jubes in 2-4 years time in being completely under estimated. Jubes could have operational earnings in the region of 400M a year! This will enable Jubes to further develop on many many fronts! Leon has done a fantastic job, with a couple of dairy lee triangles and a few IOU’s. Imagine what can be done then. All options have to be carefully considered as to their future value. Jubes will be playing in the premiership then, not the minor leagues. Something that can produce nearly a billion a year in metal has to be considered very carefully. You are right it’s a very big asset - Leon will make the right call, in my view he hasn’t put a foot wrong so far!!

Yes, indeed Happy Days, whichever way Leon plays this out we are going to win. I just feel with the position Jubes are getting into ( financial might) and even stronger in 2 years, there is more of a decision to be made about Tjate than just sell. Jubes is changing so fast, growing, becoming more powerful, that baby elephant is fast becoming a dominant bull, I wonder like Dorf, would we be better placed using Tjate? I will be happy with a sale as this will super charge growth, but equally happy to put Tjate to work as could generate substantial revenue, which can be reinvested. Whatever outcome Jubes is going to win big, not a simple decision for management now.

Has the overall basket price significantly reduced the emphasis on platinum? Think back in the day palladium and rhodium were just a couple of hundred dollars an ounce which has completely changed the calculation. Any one got any idea what the basket looks like for Tjate? Plus in mining terms have the costs in reality actually reduced due to technology. I have no real understanding of this and would welcome comments from someone with more knowledgable, but I am thinking technology has advanced so much and techniques have improved so much, the recovery rate is so much better, it may be cheaper to mine now. I just bought a 75 inch tv for less than a 42 inch one 10/15 years ago. This is pure guesswork with no substance but may lead to more informed comments.

That’s a big number! At a basket price of say $2,500 that’s $750M per year! Obviously the cost of production would be much higher than our current cost, but I’m guessing the basket price may be higher now, than when first considered. For the ( potential new) owners of Twickenham this must add considerable value and longevity, so I’m thinking should have a high value to them ( Big cash injection to Jubes) . Im also thinking if the basket price rises further and potentially substantially further does the argument grow to mine? Plus does modern mining techniques allow for more than 300,000 oz per year?

Money hawk- yes cost per ounce is a compelling reason to concentrate on surface tailings. How many ounces do you think Tjate could produce in a year?

HG - I wouldn’t necessarily disagree with any of the comments on here. A packaged sale has certainly be en alluded to by Leon and Colin and I feel too much was said on the infamous missing webcast. An early sale would definitely help finances and speed up progress , possibly bring new geographical areas quicker than planned. However I would certainly be curious as to what Tjate would be capable of producing as a stand alone project. I have never seen any figures. Previously I have always thought Tjate was out of our financial range and have never really given much thought to it because of this. However just recently I am thinking this is not the case.My natural instinct is to follow the money and certainly wouldn’t want to jeopardise or compromise what we have. However I would like to know what Tjate is capable of producing as I have never seen any info on this and feel it goes way back before my time. Some one once thought it was worth a go. I understand all the arguments why we should sell Tjate, but I don’t have any facts why we should mine it( may be there aren’t any)? But I feel it has become a relevant discussion as shortly we could afford to develop Tjate.

HG, yes I agree it’s highly likely to be sold in a package deal with Twickenham and this may prove to be a great piece of business, vastly accelerating our already expedient procedures. But it just hit me, looking at some numbers we could be financially capable of going it alone here in a couple of years time. Which is a great testament to how well Jubes has progressed. This makes me curious to what we are potentially giving up? At some point some one must have thought this was viable and at probably a much lower basket price. I’m not suggesting this is the right option I have full faith in Leon to make the right decisions and one that is completely in a different direction to the which the company is now moving. However my curiosity wonders what this would be capable of?

That is a very fair point Ray and not necessarily one I wouldn’t agree with, but would be very interesting to know approximately how many PGMs Tjate could produce per year and for how long? This number may make us all have a little rethink, especially coupled with the ability to finance the project.

I guess- if the world is running out of PGMs with demand set to go through the roof. Would we regret selling Tjate???

Hi Craig, yes that is definitely a stunning number. Definitely wouldn’t want Tjate to hamper our tailings projects and fully expect them to continue adding projects on a regular basis and that is definitely Jubes identity. Reprocessing tailings will certainly propel Jubes to the big time quick smart and that’s what I bought into, not Tjate! But just running the numbers ( profits ) and the way they could escalate, especially if the missing document was correct, there would be sufficient spare cash to enable Tjate whilst doing what we do best and keep developing tailings. Not sure if this would be best, but financially possible, how many extra 100,000s would Tjate produce a year is the big question? If it’s substantial then we may be better keeping Tjate in the back pocket for development in circa 3 years time. Especially with the green revolution, PGM’S could be like copper elephant poo! Maybe those with more knowledge could comment on what we would expect production wise from Tjate? The part I am just getting my head around is we will be in a financial position to be able to develop finance Tjate. The 6 million dollar question is it worth developing Tjate?

Just catching up with events and noticed a very interesting post from Bullster on the other channel ( who is a great poster there ). Referring to a document posted on Jubes website and quickly removed. ( cash cow gate!).The document refers to production of 335 oz of PGMs per day. If there is substance to this document what does it mean- a lot!! Compared to the last 6 monthly report that’s equivalent to 2.16 times the production. Convert that to the operational earnings of 30m and that’s nearly 65M. Factor in an increase of about 25 percent for the improved basket price and you have around 81M. Annualised 162M. That’s a staggering figure, especially when you consider - considerable copper and cobalt earnings have to be added. Plus Kabwe! The next full trading period June 21 to June 22 could be staggering. This led me to think about Tjate. Fast forward another trading year and elephant will be kicking in. The earnings would just be staggering! There would potentially be enough earnings to support the development of Tjate? How many 100, 000’s of PGMs could be produced then? What value would that add?

Just a matter of patience. The news feed has been electric. There will be some quiet periods, that sorts the long term investors from the traders. The traders come and go riding the waves. Causing the share price to constantly rotate between given prices. It will not be long before the next leg up, most probably between March and June. The news flow will start again as there is so much going on. This bb is a very good barometer. A year ago, there was hardly any posts a day, now there is around 40, signalling the increase in long term holders. Soon this will be double that and and will probably coincide with the share price doubling. In my view the posts have been very good here and you are all very knowledgable, but it is very important to keep the good work up as this will encourage the next generation of shareholders to get involved in Jubes. This is too good a story to keep quiet.

When you put all of this on one page Shiv, the picture is looking very big and very bright. You could say our elephants are looking radiant! Jubes is like a pregnant cash machine that is about to give birth to several more cash machines at once! We all have the pleasure of watching these cash machines grow up and deliver in the very near future!

Happy Days- no bigger dreamer than me! Although I feel Jubes has exceeded my wildest dreams from a few years ago. What we are about to discover over the next 2 or 3 months I feel is going to be beyond our wildest of wildest dreams from just 12 months ago! You can feel the anticipation building on here, with such a short period to wait! Truly happy days!
