100 percent right MK. I’ve seen Slater change the management of a company rather than sell their position. Their due diligence is done over months and years, quite often involves site visits and interviews with the board and senior management. Thorough research of the industry is undertaken. It’s very rare indeed, Slater get it wrong. Slater buying into your company is like a restaurant getting 3 Michelin stars!Everybody Invested here is going to be dining very well indeed next Christmas!

S22, as Jonah says the market cap is most important. On the AIM the only realistic way for companies in their early development days to raise funds is via equity distribution. Banks are very cautious and won’t lend to unproven companies and the funding houses that will lend to early stage companies want lots of equity wrapped up in the deal. The good news here- Jubs is through that stage and can now raise finance with traditional lenders, which Leon has reiterated many times recently. However when you look at the projected income forecasts and very clever staged development over the next 18 months will Jubs need to borrow any money at all or will they completely self fund. Would we have dreamed about the amount of development coming our way in the very near future or even believed in our wildest dreams that we could possibly self fund as little as 18 months ago! What a transformation. Everyone here is watching the development of a grubby caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly- Come on Jubs.

In summary, not only those astute investors seeking an incredible return for their money will be here. The tree huggers will be chaining themselves to this investment. Once Jubs start promoting this issue early next year as promised by Leon in a recent broadcast, a whole new army of investors and funds will be present. I love this company!

Sharky your knowledge is great, keep it coming, think there’s substantial developments brewing on the copper front, that can be the only reason they haven’t formally announced the last copper acquisition as it is part of a package or in the grand scheme- it is considered too small to RNS.

In summary the institutional investors require a company to be significantly de- risked with substantial upside and Jubs has bags of that! I guess the morale of the story here is don’t let them have your shares too cheap. Whether it’s a dream holiday a new car or even retirement, choose your exit point carefully as this one has retirement written all over it!

jLP Positive- I make you 100 percent right. In institutional terms Slater is here very early and May hasten the II rush. I was factoring in this rush around 25-30p midway through next year. If this comes 15-20p The market may be becoming more forward looking about Jubs and we could easily see 75p- £1 at the end of next year factoring in 2022 growth! Is Jubs finally getting the recognition for being unique in the mining sector- a disrupter of the mining space. Totally green in a contaminated industry. Jubs is destined for a higher PE ratio than the industry on these facts alone, add in some forward thinking momentum and hey presto we have a multi billion pound company in no time. Come on Jubs!!!

Slater are a very well respected fund house and Mark Slater ‘s U.K. Growth fund was top of the pops for many years until Train took the crown from him. A massive endorsement for Jubs, probably as big as you can get. Mark Slater is one of the most switched on fund managers around. His position will encourage others to take an early view here. Perhaps earlier than they would normally join an up and coming growth stock.

Totally agree with you No Excuses. The man is gold and needs to be proportionately rewarded as in turn are us shareholders. If he keeps the growth going at the same rate, for the next few years, his name will go down in AIM history.

Smose- Leon has tens of millions of options and I believe in the past has taken options in lieu of salary. I’m sure someone will be able to put an exact number on it. I believe it’s increasing every year. No by one would activate them until they are ready.

VR- it’s very difficult to talk about Jubs now without ramping as its all so positive. Not even seeing any shorters anymore. Never been so positive about a company before. Does bring a feel good factor to investing.

JLPP- yes it is very difficult not to get too excited. Been here for over 4 years, watching and predicting this. Very difficult not too get carried away with Jubs success after all that time! It has been a massive effort from the team there and they deserve all the recognition they are now receiving and going to receive.

With Platinum prices stiffening rapidly, copper ramp up about to start, the second half of the year could be very interesting indeed. Many forecasting a rapid rise in Plat to 1200-1500( looking very possible with rise in last month and Hydrogen era becoming more widely predicted). May just have to increase my target to £50m before tax, making this a transformational year to say the least and profits before tax over £80M, resulting in a forward looking PE of around 3 at the end of current trading year. Could easily see a share price of 30-35p come July to Nov, on a fairly modest PE. 6 monthly operational figures will be first clue.

Clearly from Leon’s last proactive interview, Jubilee have secured more copper tailings, taking the resource over 300m tonnes from around 280m tonnes. How much over we don’t know! This has generated no RNS yet! Does this mean now, in the grand scheme of things it’s too small to RNS ( in which case shows just how big Jubs is becoming, once upon a time this would have been a major coup!) or is it part of a much bigger and more complicated development that is about to unfold! With Jubilee there,s always so much in development you just don’t know. One things for sure, Jubs is going to be a billion pound plus market cap company in my view. Only question is how many billions?
