Selling Bitcoin is good for ARB as mining difficulty drops when the price does like today, hopefully they secured a few extra blocks as mining difficulty decreased.

Nothing to worry about, miners have to take profit sometime, at least it got rid of any weak holders... I topped up another 20k today... Now sitting at an average of 67p on 40k shares.

I guess we're in it for the long haul, I've been in since 21p, still holding strong. I guess we'll see where this takes us. Fingers crossed the company buys back some share as they grow bigger.

My method of thinking is

Current shares approx. 329,000,000 after warrants issued X £1.20 = Market Cap of £394mill

IF RIOT had the same MCap with 50,000,000 shares X £7.88 a share = Market Cap of £394 mill.

So less shares works out better share value, more shares limits the growth of share price, so if ARB consolidated to 50mill shares then our share price could grow much higher.

The original number of shares were 293,000,000 and now this is approx 329,000,000 after warrants, so ARB are in fact limiting our share price further due to raising funds from shareholders.

If the original amount of shares 293,000,000 x £1.345 = approx Market Cap of £394,000,000.

This shows a difference of almost 15p a share due to warrants being issued, based on an MCap of £394 mill.

I hope it does raise above £3 a share but I highly doubt it due to the number of shares in issue.

Trying to have a sensible debate here and no straight answer given other than MCap MCap, jeez. The MCap is affected by the number of shares in issue, we need less shares to increase our share value... Otherwise it will get to £2 or £3 and won't keep rising up to £20 because our MCap is overvalued. Oh well... Shame he couldnt hold an adult conversation about it.

Phoebus I fully get what your saying, but look at the share price difference. Do take riot for example, 50 mill shares ... They started at .01 cent, their market cap grew much quicker due to less shares and warrants being issued, it's more niche and attracted a few big boys to invest... Now they are on the NASDAQ and share price of $28. Us we have 329 mill shares and will likely never get past £2 as everyone will think we're overvalued

Phoebus I'm just trying to work out the price difference. Yes those companies are huge but take BP for example £3 a share approx. Surely if they had less shares the price would be substantially higher?

Phoebus I saw your post, just seems very weird that we have so many shares in comparison. Our MCap is what 400 mill Vs RIOT at 1.5bill .. still does make sense that we are trading so low based on th MCap difference.

The number of shares is important, it says slot about the company they are dealing with. A 50mill share company attracts better investors as they know the price of shares will rocket, yet a 329mill share company screams, consistent dilution... So they don't have as much debt overhang as the competition because they have used shareholders funds to clear it. The competition haven't, your thoughts on this are appreciated

Do you see a share consolidation coming? MARA only has 50 mill shares hence the price... Seems like ARB are being greedy, they should of left the warrants and used some newly mined Bitcoin

Sure, the only problem is he may do this every few days leading up to February... I'm seeing shares increase and if you look at the likes of MARA and RIOT, they have far fewer shares hence I guess the price difference to ARB. Seems like to increase the share price we need a share consolidation
