@Theeduke absolutely, looks like an amazing company which will impact GILD and BLU, going to be huge. LTH here, it's going to be worth the wait!

This is absolutely huge, it bring more mining power back to the Western world from China. Mining pools are very profitable for those that run them. It also allows ARB and DMG to decrease outflow as they won't necessarily cash out at the same time as other huge mining pools such as F2pool. Lastly, could we be getting in with DMG to maybe look at taking over when this bull run ends? Smaller miners may need to shut off when the BTC price drops 85%, maybe a future acquisition. Food for thought but PW knows what he's doing. GL all!

It's $5 million not £, under section 10 it states: Forward triangular merger involving Issuer's US subsidiary.

Section 9 just says equity, that's just to show how the funds were raised, nothing links this transaction to Texas though!!

I believe it's a shell company purchase or maybe a buy out of Layer1... just speculation at this stage but I posted it over on Stocktwits to see what they think.

MODernMan can't you just limit in and out of orders? Effectively it would work as a stoploss and you could just adjust your limit order? Just a thought

StockScreenerHQ, that's correct. The only way to do it is buy at IPO, when you receive your shares in your dealing account you would then need to do a bed and ISA.

Just be aware the gains look good from primary bid but they aren't necessarily all they are made out to be, I had 1k allocated from primary bid and bought more today on open, the primary bid are in my share dealing account but the ones I purchased today at 19.8p are in my ISA, as I'm higher tax payer I would be subject to 20% capital gains on the primary bid shares, the ones held in my ISA I have no capital gains tax to pay. Anyway, SP is looking good and heading in the right direction, I expect it will come down a bit once the initial buzz slows... Initial market cap of £25 million yet over 500million shares, based on current SP that gives the company an MCap of over 1.2 billion, be careful and don't get caught out at the top!

The miners using F2pool should boycott and switch to other mining pools based around the globe rather than in China. Bitmex (the dumping ground) along with other exchanges should ban their wallet address so they cannot accept outflow. Everyone involved in BTC should rally like crazy on BTC so that they liquidate their short position, maybe get WSB involved (not ARB not actual BTC). Make them pay for what they are doing so that they realise they are unable to control the market like this again. Just my brainstorm of thoughts haha. In all seriousness, we will hopefully be through for February... Same time next month.
