I second that, we could / should be in a position to pay £5m by the end of the year but for any start up Company it's still a decent amount of money and the delay totally removes any pressure to the finances. I think even in a domestic individual situation we would all put off a big bill if we could until we are in a better position a couple of years down the line.
Also positive the bond holders were in agreement.

Obelix the million plus buys prove there are many shareholders willing to part with decent sums and therefore seemingly have faith in FG and QBT as we all do. It doesn't matter whether peeps hold 1,500 or 15,000,000 we are all in this together with a common goal and I genuinely and sincerely hope and wish that all investors, big and small, make a return on their investment.

Obelix obviously banter mate and all in good spirits, compared to some boards this is a good one and yes I do like to hear from FigTree also and he hasn't posted for a few days, could be the easter break and he took some extra time out.

I never predict news, basically my motto is it will happen when it happens, may be tomorrow may not. I do believe though that this will come good and as others have stated the last RNS was very confident in that they appeared to be achieving what they set out to do i.e why file a patent? You do that to protect what you have got and also to prevent others copying it, must be worth them going through the admin etc.

bamb, that's one of my favourite sayings and very appropriate to me, Addison my buy far too small to have any effect on proceedings. Just feel that the sp is going up from here, and as FigTree and others have posted so many update RNS's due, at least 3 or 4 more patents alone as well as other news and possibly an uplift to the sp with each one.

Totally agree Obelix and the Sipiem court payout, expected before year end, will more than cover it anyway irrespective of where we are 2 years down the line. Seems to me FG is clearing the deck and tieing up any loose ends to have a clear run before hitting the market with news that will set us on our way and no looking back.

Hi MRRR, yes 500% if it happens in one day but just 200% spread over 4 days ( 4 x 50% ) will get you a 500% rise when taking in to account compound interest.

0.1 x 50% = 0.15
0.15 x 50% = 0.225
0.225 x 50% = 0.3375
0.3375 x 50% =0.50625

My point is we can get back to most people's buy in price within a few decent rises, doesn't have to happen in one hit.

FigTree, I note that Socionext were formed in 2015 from former LSI businesses of Fujitsu & Panasonic and have as you state locations in Japan & USA but also Europe, China ( Shanghai ), Korea, Asia Pacific and wait for it Taiwan :¬)
Even if NDA is not with the above it just shows how many companies are out there trying to break in to the semiconductor chip crypto world ( my words ). If FG can get the results we expect then we should be in demand from numerous companies, able to take our pick.

FigTree & Ttaylor, excllent find / posts, sounds silly but has anyone forwarded this to Francesco, he should be aware but there are a lot of companies out there and sometimes you can't see the woods for the trees. He may read theses boards but it wouldn't hurt to e-mail link to him, and if our NDA with a major Japanese manufacturer is not Fujitsu then it may give another string to QBT's bow.

Just topped up another 839,137 @ £25k, had to pay nearly 3p so yes I think we may see 3p today, doesn't matter in the bigger picture if not.
