I said assuming not I assume, it was a question not a statement, totally different context i.e hypotetical but more importantly no one answers to you or anyone else mate, or should I say 'nobody has to'. I certainly don't need saving and make my own choices of whether to invest or not.

Hi Greg, assuming the 15th is when the bids have to be in by how long after do you think before announcements of who has been successful.
Could be a few months but, if we are involved, in your opinion would ADL still announce the fact we have bidded for licences before notice of those granted by India Govt.

ismalia agree with your post other than the £20 - £25 per barrel I think is excessive. We are more likely to command, especially for quick sale, nearer £3 - £5 a barrel.
Appreciate this seems extremely low but that would price it at $5 - $8 a barrel in the ground and I believe that is more realistic.
That would still be a good outcome with 1.2m barrels we could get near $10m which will push sp to the 1p mark allowng us to move forward and invest in anything else that some of us think is going on in the background.
But yes the longer it goes on does suggests discussions ongoing and bottom line anything we can get back from it is a bonus to where we were 2 months ago.

SP may open up tomorrow and if it does think it may well be the start of a slow but steady rise.

Thanks artyth, i do and have found it strange that Steve & Sachin have stated on a few occasions that of all the projects it is Parta that excites them the most, yet when you look at the bcf which is 16 ish it is tiny in comparison with W

Might not be obliged legally to RNS gas shows but Steve did say yesterday that an update may come earlier than the 40 day total drill time due to the gas being at a shallower level than the oil further own and that they would inform shareholders in that scenario, so possibly 30 days for an update.

indeed Simon and usually an sp will reflect a few more p/e per share. I said it yesterday and it could be huge in that extra drills at West Newton will probably result in bcf's of gas, not necessarily 189 bcf each time but UOG were getting very excited at one of their prospects coming in at 14.9bcf, puts it in to perspective.

Also where there is oil there is usually gas and even if we don get the 80m barrels of oil believed to be in the Cadeby Formation ( they seem to agree its there but it may not flow ) it does suggest there is an abundance of gas over the wider licence area and hence the running room comments yesterday.

If succesful West Newton NPV $247m will value RBD's 25% at $61.25m which equates to 1.25p with number shares in issue, that's a straightforward conversion $ / £.
If we get something from the Cadeby Formation that will be a bonus but yesterday's talk did have the opinion there is more running room at West Newton and more drlls in the offing.
0.7p will soon be history.

doubleup my point is something is going on behind the scenes, in my opinion, therefore we are not dead, yet. We can't change the past but we have been through this time and time again. We do have 14% of Eagle gas and I believe a deal will happen there.

I have stated many times the situation is not good as you rightly say we have absolutely nothing at the moment other than Colter South and I am not convinced that will do anything this time soon.

We can't change whatever has gone on in the past, fact, and that's all I am saying so I do not see the point, for me, to keep harping on about it.

I will wait and see what happens and will not keep batting backward and forward over the past posts.

volvic I have not been here very long but also am down 79%, and as much as I am frustrated, disappointed call it what you will I can't change the past however much as I would like to so have the only option to be forward looking in what can we achieve from our current position or of course sell at a massive loss.

I hold quite a lot with Halifax ( HSDL) but can only sell them now as once upon a time you could buy, obviously. But for reasons better known to Halifax and Lloyds they viewed them as a PRIIP and decided that they would not continue with them.

I know this has been raised with Steve & Sachin at meetings ad they said their PR Team is trying to reverse this but not sure if a lot of energy is being spent on it.

Think that Halifax have got it wrong as they viewed it as an investment vehicle with no 'goods / substance' to trade with but we are now producing a d in my book we hae changed as a company.

Skip to the last sentence of the video, Sachin comes in and wants to make sure he puts this last point across before the interview comes to an end, he almost talks over Steven Williams, I think it will be more than 480.

The very last sentence, literally, Sachin states he is extremely interested to see what 'VG-4 can really deliver' ( or words to that effect) once it is off restriction with the gas separated.

Now we already know it flows at 480 bopd on a reduced choke so is he saying it will be higher, if not why not just say we will be back at 480 bopd, certainly sounds like it.

Think we will smash 1000 bopd by Xmas, nearer 1500 imo.

Thanks Badger not had a chance to watch it again yet but of all the sites to have more running room if true! We are not talking of 100 -150 bopd at West Newton, we are talking bcf's.

Just googled it, basically releasing pressure at the bottom of the hole to kick start the oil & gas flowing.

adoubleuk what about those us that aren't oilmen! lol, can you or others give a simple explanantion of what swabbing is and is it accurate and of benefit in these modern times, and I do mean it keep it simple please :¬)
