Because even 14.5% of Eagle could be huge if they list and take on Badger's expected 500bcf or ifnot any other deal that they decide to venture in to. I would also add that being connected to anything that Paul Haywood and billionaire Victor Hwang are involved in is welcomed.

Yes RNS April 29 says system for gas tie in to be installed by end of the week but then the final stage will be a 'hot tap' into the existing pipeline so that was not included in the 'end of the week' statement.

Not sure how long that would take, not long I would have thought but must be regulated to the hilt from a health & safety perspective as the hot tap is connected 'live' to the existing gas and does not disrupt the flow.

Looks like no RNS this week but we inch ever closer.

Still no Rns which means only one thing, there is so much oil and so much gas they are having to recruit extra staff to help with the production numbers, obvious now why it is taking that bit longer.

I hope you are correct, nothing would please me more I guess I am just keeping my feet firmly on the ground and managing my expectations. It would appear something going on in the background separate to Colter, far too many people hinting at the same scenario and with a degree of detail / knowledge for their not to be any substance in it (imo).
Whether it comes to anything is another matter and I suspect Simon Gorringe will not want to voluntarily step down but if he is told 'We'll make you a offer you can't resist' then he may decide to take the rewards.

most pump and dumps are done on momentum and 'no brainer' expectations , all promise but no substance
( UKOG classic example ). If a deal is made then the sp will adjust to the NAV / MarCap that the deal is considered to be worth to the Company. It will be hard for the sp to be dumped / pushed down if it is physically backed up with a cash deal or proven assets.

If for arguments sake Colter South comes in, and I personally doubt this scenario certainly not short term, and $10m hits ADL bank account then it will not be a pump and dump situation.

Any other deals that are of similar content will push the sp only one way,imo of course.

Have you heard any rumours similar to that mate, it seemed quite a confident post in that he was able to quote a possible £10m deal ( minimum) being tabled.

Just wondered if it was Victor Hwang / Paul Haywood et al.

Hi chris I'm afraid my average is close to 1p, (0.95 I think) so an awful long way for me to break even but it's doable if Greg25 and BMD are correct in their rumours.

Can only assume they are going to release both VG-4 and Monroe Swell rates together, the oil gas separator tie in may have added a few more days but I agree it is now overdue.

Someone did state some time ago on here that it can take a while to get production rates stabilised once flowing to to give an actual expected daily rate.

Still expecting something this week.

Hi lucky it will simply be a case of what it will do to our MarCap, NPV will be near $70m net to RBD so on its own it will be circa 1.5p added to existing sp, with VG-4 and Monroe Swell in production we should see much higher than that and those results may well be out this week prior to West Newton anyway.

So an uplift in sp hopefully followed by another leg up shortly afterwards.

It is about selling on though and the big bonus for West Newton is all the gas pipeline infrastructure that exists literally next door so monetisation should be fairly straightforward.

Something making this go up considering Sells outweigh Buys by 2:1, if they are being recoreded correctly of course. A £10m Board takeover would give sp of 1.7p, that's without any proposed deals within that takeover, early days but no smoke without fire. I'm staying put to see what, if anything, happens.

Totally agree TTF, it would appear this is very near the knuckle on insider info and could well scupper any proposed plans, I expect that tweet to be removed by Admin.

Having said all that, any deal that will make ADL's sp rise out of the ashes will be universally welcomed by shareholders.

It is and with 12.5% spread it looks like mm's trying to deter further buys at this stage.
