Hi Uggy, no its for any member of the public, I live in Hertfordshire and they have my comment up for all to see. Really think it will help if they see some support, imagine if there are 500 people who comment and everyone is totally against it, it will carry some weight in their summing up.

Looking at both the Site plans & Location plans that have been submitted for the Oil Storage Tank ( thanks Zoom for link) it really is in the middle of nowhere, very barren and the nearest buildings are farm steads.

In light of that I would expect planning consent to be granted if all the constraints can be met, these constraints read as generic and even include manure slurry etc so not just pertaining to Rathlin.

For those invested still in our interests to register with the Council Planning Dept which will allow supporting comments on behalf of Rathlin's application.

That would be a shot in the arm and a welcome boost for morale all round, just hope it has been successful!!

I have registered with the Council as there is a comments page where you can support / object / neutral. Trust me there will be a lot of the public giving objections therefore the best way to counter it is to show that some of the public support it as well. If we can show that it is not one sided with Nimby's / Swampies then the application has a chance to go ahead.

I have made my comment, the first person to do so, and have given several logical reasons why I think it should be approved. Can I suggest a few more on here do the same, its so easy to register, basically an e-mail address and password.

ajb so it does but last paragraph does state soon to be unconstrained, the point for everyone here is quite simply it is / has produced at those rates and will do so as soon as they can tie - in the gas.

dan1nat1, no need to apologise mate, I actually was going from memory but pretty much nailed it. It is great news when we can tie in the gas because it was so excessive the gas will bring in decent revenue also. But I expect possible 600 bopd when they can let it flow unconstrained, possibly higher and that is incredible flow rate from 1 well when all they were expecting was circa 100 bopd, a really good video of Sachin & Steve at the time you could see the excitement and almost shock.
But yes VG-4 is definitely in production as we speak.

Oops, this was and is common knowledge to all shareholders, it was then reduced to excessive gas pressure to current 150 - 200 bopd hence the need to tie -in to existing gas pipeline to allow the oil to be ramped up to full tilt. The consensus of opinion is we will come back to well over 480 bopd from this VG-4 well alone.

VG-4 flowed at over 1000 bopd (one thousand), they reduced the choke to a stable 480 bopd. T

65jh, a lot of us were tied in when it all went tits up, so it was either cashing in at 80% loss of investment or holding in hope of getting back to break even or a smaller loss. With averaging down and the evidence of rigs on site at the workovers we have a better chance now.
Not a lot of choice for those locked in but I feel better than I did. An honest response.

In that case mate you are holding 2.1% so need for a TR-1 but a decent holding, we both averaged down from nearly 1p so 0.39p should see us in profit, and that's do-able with workover success (on all 4 wells).

Hi Hillside, apologies mate didn't mean to undersell you but it's proved my point even more, shares are pretty tight so those wanting to buy in with significant numbers, on good news, should see a re-rate of sorts, certainly at this level, hopefully 0.45p will be the new base.
With the shares in issue then 3% TR-1 number will be a holding of 31.32m or thereabouts, so best inform your broker / nominee.

Hi Obelix. I have 2% and I know Hillside 37 ( name from memory but its close ) has nearly 2% so that's another 4% which will be held so whilst we are not TR-1 status I think a few on here with decent holdings 20m - 29m which are under the radar.

Hi mate, I actually bit the bullet and topped up substantially reducing my average from 0.95/1p to 0.39p on that very basis that I think we can get back to 0.45p but 1p will be a fair while yet :¬)
Having said that if we do get up to 6 workovers increasing production then a total of 200 - 250 bopd is extremely good for a £2m MarCap. Might just hold to see how Colter South / Increased Licences pans out.

Obelix, I think, certainly at this stage, those that are going to invest already are and everyone holding / just waiting for first news of the workover programme.
Could be end of this week, if not news next week is odds on given the timeframe quoted by Gregor Mawhinney.
