That's the beauty of getting shares for a tenth of a penny, you can accrue millions over time, S&S want to return as much as possible to shareholders. A dividend every year of whatever price can be a nice little earner.

Don forget Steve & Sachin have every intention of distributing dividends, probable share buybacks, and cash returns ( already voted on) so a lot of us will be siting pretty. Just imagine the scale of dividend when WN is monetised and that hits RBDs bank account, I can a see a dividend of 1p a share if £200m hits the coffers.
For those holding 10m+ (and there a few of us) that's £100k, just do the sums. Worth sitting tight for.

Jack totally agree mate, they will be involving M&G and have all the necessary contacts, to Fund Managing Companies of that size £24m is small potatoes.
They will know the CPR and it will be in excess of $1bn.

It does suggest that they now Know what West Newton holds, second largest discovery in history to Wytch Farm ( 480m barrels).
I think 100m barrels will be conservative. The sp of RBD on monetisation of this monster if we get 66% will make a few millionnaires here, fact and i will be one of them :¬

Just a waiting game really as to what the final volume of production figures will be, I guess once the flow rates come out then the next news will be whether or not CAV involve ADL in other work and also if we take up the participating interest.
I think that at this point all that needs to be said has been, several times over.
Obviously its a good sign when investment companies come on board but the fact is they will want to make a quick profit for their customers and move on so the bread and butter for ADL will be continuous projects being added to the Indo portfolio which in the mid to long term will ride any peaks and troughs that happen in the short term.

Thank guys, knew I would get it wrong but stll not embarrassed :¬) Really not sure we will benefit as much out of a takeover as we would monetising 100m+ barrels :¬(

If Takeover is true seeing as we have 37% of Rathlin, UJO have 16.665% as do Humber Oil 16.665% that comes to 70%. Therefore would not Dave Bramhill, Steve & Sachin ( and Humber main man) have to be part of the negotiations as combined we hold more than 51% of Rathlin?

Doesn't it highlight though the strong cash position RBD are in compared to a lot of other companies we are rubbing shoulders with. One of the points raised by Malcy in his last blog was the shrewd dealings of Steve & Sachin who have the envious situation of being able to jump in at no notice with money available to deal from a position of strength, (especially those 'in trouble with funding') getting better than expected terms or words to that effect.

This is testament to their fund manager backgrounds with tier 1 companies ( M&G for one). To have all these projects under our belt with a good few million in the bank is almost unheard of in AIM.

The daily sp fluctuations are irrelevant mid to long term of where it will end up.

3 of the last 4 trades are sells of 24 pence, £2.74 & £3.36. Someone believing that sheer volume number of trades irrespective of monetary value will drive the sp down. Can't imagine who could be doing this, although perhaps thy need the money :¬).
That said they must have a bloody good broker dealing fees wise :¬)

Just wondering how long it will take to commission the water injection pump whether it's days or weeks, quite possibly an RNS update to state when it is operational / full systems go before one last RNS for final stabilised flow rates from all 4 work overs.
Right now I would settle for reaching target of 150 bopd, anything above would be a credit to the company and send a very positive message to CAV that we are 'open for business'.

If RBD take up the offer of the 2nd tranche of shares in December we will hold approx 48% interest. For the outlay it will be an incredible return especially taking in the running room of eventual multiple wells, just requires a little patience to reap the full picture on all fronts incl Cali & WN.

Nice to watch the video of BTN - 03 on Andalas web page. If nothing else it is reassuring to see it in work in progress, have to say it is much larger scale than I envisaged and a lot more involved, thought it would be a single nodding donkey on a slab of concrete, but quite a bit of equipment, I am assuming these are the oil / water separators, if not I am sure someone will oblige. Looks a professional set up just a question now how long to commission the water injection pump.
BTN - 03 will probably be the highest yielding well due to additional zones not yet perforated within the same well.

Strewth Helpful admire how you came up with that, what would that do for the sp I wonder. I do think CAV could eventually buy in to ADL but your scenario takes it a whole new level.

I will be happy for anything that lifts us away from the past and lifts the sp at the same time.

Hit that buy button, go on. There is a decent profit from 0.125 if we hit the target of 150 bopd. Should go to 0.2 in an instant and that's 60% ish straightaway, if we do 200 bopd+ then I can see 0.25+ and a possible 100%. Eitherway a good profit from here to be had and I expect updates not long after of other deals in the making.

It means they pay back their £500k in 3 months not 6 and have 6 months to decide participating interest. So aprox £1m could be earned at those rates before making that decision. More importantly my little chugger is the proof of concept will bring CAV to the table for a lot of other work.
Time for you to buy in mate , you know you want to.

that's why we do it, you have to have a laugh. but anyone who thinks we will be at 0.125p if we get to touching distance of 200 bopd will be regretting not buying in at these levels.
