Cf i am looking for more details on how LC expects to proceed the MCPP. Will he await the non existent Feedback from Tanesco and re submit a new up graded tender at that time? or just by-pass them for export and PPA?

I think you will find that LC already holds a sizeable amount bought at far higher prices. Unlike you LC is an investor.

Maybe there is no impact as the project is not yet at financial close!

Suggest you check again re the Sandersons funding possibility. Doubtful that a draw down would be agreed if there was no clear way to seeing it being repaid.

Somewhat all encompassing statement. Do you have the evidence to support this? Chinese banks are in effect SOE as are the power companies. They fund coal plants. Smoke and mirrors where the bank funds an intermediary that funds the coal etc.

Yes, there are a few banks like HSBC that tell us one thing supporting environmental causes whist funding drug cartels as they did in Mexico etc etc.

I will certainly trust banks to tell us one thing and do another through a new legal unit that is meant to have ''chinese walls'' etc

Sepco have not formerly rejected the offer for exclusivity, That may still be a possibility, some will say a probability or even a certainty. it would all be guess work.

May even offer to extend to end of Q2, at this stage nothing to lose for either party if they do that. Certainly be long enough for the nuts and bolts for BIPP to be sorted. May even get sight or update on MCIPP ML by then. In addition further news on the MD 84mw still outstanding.

Mozambique will need all the help it can get and having power sources in areas unaffected will greatly improve the recovery intensity and effectiveness.

As for investors as always the choice to stick, sell or twist. For non investors why are you here if it is not to seek an entry point that suits? Surely it is not to wish ill on the people of Mozambique or those who are supporting efforts to bring power to assist in the development of the country and its people. Yes and make a profit for doing so, why not.
