Morning Joe, trust that you are well. IMHO this is JP is demonstrating to the big boys that it is our intention to leave the company in "plug and play" readiness upon completion of the LE. His experience in the up and downstream infrastructure facilitation will clearly be of massive benefit as we finalise the negotiations on the Gas Supply Agreement and BOT Pipeline. An interesting few weeks ahead, hoping for the GSA within the next few weeks to turn around the sp. Putting some real numbers to our existing discovery, let alone what we might find, should focus the attention the true value here. Best

..can resolve any supply chain issues,....( ..and you would think that this wouldn't be a major problem?- substituting one product or supplier for an equivalent?)... then I can't see why the company couldn't get the project up can running PDQ. The RNS states that it was our BoD who decided to place the project on hold. ... we don't appear to have been instructed to do so,... nor was it the client's call. They have no doubt done the right thing for the company in the short term ( if not the SP!).... to be cautious. However,... it was all systems go by the sounds of it,... before we were Trumped,... and the Contract had actually been signed. Wouldn't it be nice to wake to an RNS saying they have received confirmation from HMG that the UK is fully committed to the Iran agreement,..---- much as the previous link---- and that following a review of their supply chain they could forsee no problems with the existing suppliers,.. or finding like-for like replacement suppliers/kit where required.. etc., etc., That would certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons.

Agreed, It might be as simple as keeping smaller investors in the loop and giving those that cannot attend the opportunity to put questions to the team... or it might be related to some significant news that they will be dropping on us this week? Either way,.. it is certainly a sign of positivity. It's been a very positive start to Q2 thus far ... and from what we are being told, there is every reason to believe that it will continue in to the rest of the year. Best.

... it could be game on again at any time. If the choice comes down to enabling this contract, but never being able to do business within the US,... I'd say get the deal done. The RNS clearly states that it is the WSG Board that have put the contract on hold whilst they check out their supply chain,.. and whether it will/has been impacted by Trumps recent or proposed action. The contract is signed.-- this could all blow over in a few weeks. We at least know that it is now signed and where it is. Maybe we are not totally comfortable with Iran... but it is where it is,... and no-one can deny the growth and investment that Iran is looking to pit in to their airports etc., which at the end of the day,.. what this contract is all about. I guess we all have to decide if we are going to sit it out,. now knowing that the contract is signed ..and where it is.... or sell up and move on? I'll be holding to the 25th May update in a fortnight, at the very least. I imagine that they will have had the opportunity to assess the Trump situation and contact HMG by then and they will have a far greater understanding of the situation. Clearly they have no intention of walking away from the contract.... but they may have to re-jig some of the supply chain,..... and they won't know yet,. until the full implications of the effect of the US pulling out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) is known. Knee jerk reaction is clearly panic and doom and gloom,... but I would suggest re-reading the RNS. Current sp is IMHO underpinned by recent improvement in Managed service division and the new tech contracts. Will be interesting day tomorrow. Best

Fair points Gibbo,.... and I used to be in the camp that thought there would be a suspension, but,..post the last AGM, I now think it un-likely. However,... there is so much info about this contract already out there in the public eye that I can no longer see a suspension happening. We know the length and approx size of the contract,.. we know all external approvals have been received and we know that there is only one final internal sign off procedure. We also know that the BoD have bags packed and are at the ready. Everything has been "flagged" to us,.... the Contract could be signed at any moment. Hence,.. IMHO,... the first we will be hear is 1) an RNS, saying the final internal approval has been granted and the BoD are heading off to sign the contract,... or 2)... the RNS saying contract signed,.. and here are the precise terms and conditions,.. --possibly with a broke/analyst conference call tacked on for good measure.... Either way,.. we have all waited so long that I now think the over-riding feeling on this BB will be one of relief and not excitement. Hopefully the excitement will follow on in double quick time as the sp moves to where it should be!!! Best

yrabs,... Surely not. I think you know how it works. If news was expected to arrive,.. and it doesn't,. some folks become concerned,.. and de-risk,...especially when all sorts of people come on here saying,. the contract doesn't exist,... or PF never delivers,... or we'll run out of cash before it is signed ...etc., and of course that doesn't help the sp. The truth is that most LTH's are fully loaded and aren't selling. It is the patient who will most likely reap the big rewards,... Best PS As to your falling 3p a month comment.... you could say it was 6p a year ago... so it as risen a penny every month for the past year,..... just semantics. The sp is the sp and it is dictated by the market. In reality the only thing that truly matters is what you buy at ... and what you sell at. We all have different strategies, time-frames and aspirations, both long and short-term.

Managed Services Full year was in the Jan '18 Trading Statement: "Unaudited revenues in 2017 for the Managed Services Division amounted to �3.6m, an increase of 28% on the �2.8m achieved in 2016." Best
