the good news,..... and IMHO,.. the turnaround,... is that, regardless of the Ghana Contract,... there appears to be movement on so may fronts at the moment. I don't know if it is more by luck than judgement,.. or the 'strategic' review beginning to shoe some fruition,.. or the World geo-political situation,..... I really don't know,..... but the body language at the AGM,.. the increased PR,.. and the number of 'potential' irons in the fire seem to have increased exponentially over the past few months.

Fingers crossed that we are in the buses all coming at once scenario.

.. country this week. We are 3 down with 2 to go.

SP has held up well given the substantial rise since the AGM and the Cannacord disposal... so all bodes well. We've had news on several fronts,..over and above the Ghana Contract,... and the clock is ticking on the 'within 30 days'.... in the LoI.

We seem to be getting news, on various fronts, every few days. What a turn around,.. both in execution and engagement. Long may it continue.

Agreed. Took advantage of the pull back to top up 3 times today. Another little contract announced,.. seems like the PR machine is now properly operational.

2 days in now with MH either already on the ground or inbound,.. tick tock. Good to see how the sp has held up even with Cannacord off loading some.

Presume we will get a TR1 soon to confirm their new home. How long can they defer before an announcement?--( assuming the new holder crosses a notifiable interest threshold...)

The document confirms exclusivity whilst final rates and the formal agreement are finalised, indicating this should be concluded within 30 days.

Jimzi,.. you are absolutely right,.... I hadn't spotted the "within"..... but there is also the 'should' caveat! At the AGM PF was bullish that it might be less. Just as long as it lands 'soon'...we will all be happy.

Ian,.. morning,...... agreed re the 30 day comment,.... but it wasn't a fixed date as far as I am aware. --- if contract signing was expected this week,. I would have thought that PF would have been joining MH in country and he would have said that..etc,...--- either way,..not much longer to wait. Prior to this week-end would make us all very happy bunnies. Fingers crossed,... but if not this week,.. then next week will be the one ... IMHO.

that it is just going to be a question of being patient this week. CFO is in country again this week... hopefully he will finalise the financials.... it moved from LoI to exchange of Draft contracts pretty swiftly the last time he was there,....

Would be nice if another piece of 'left' field news hit the wires to keep the recent momentum moving but perhaps that is being a bit too greedy.
